The Riad staff could not have been more welcoming or caring. The Riad is a true oasis of beauty and calm in a busy, bustling city; I would highly recommend this accommodation to other visitors to Marrakech.

Service was excellent, from arrival to departure. We were made to feel we had stayed at a friends house! Very warm welcome with tea & cakes, tips & recommendations for Marrakech & a tour round the riad. Nothing was too much trouble. Very relaxed, very comfortable stay. We had only booked for the first 2 nights of our week having hired a car for a few days..however we booked to stay on our return to Marrakech at the end of our week.

This was the BEST part of the stay in Marrakech. Staff was very helpful, Raid was very clean, and the rooftop area was very restful with the music drifting up from the main floor. What a great time. Would love to have eaten dinner and used the spa at the raid, but just didn't have enough time.

We booked two rooms in this wonderful oasis in the city - beautiful, peaceful, wonderful genuine Moroccan decor, comfortable - magnificent roof top dining/relaxation area - excellent staff, run by a charming, intelligent and most helpful young woman who spoke very good English. A lovely memory of Morocco to treasure.
