"Beautifully restored riad with fabulous staff"
An elegantly restored riad which leaves you feeling like royalty. The rooms are spacious, bathroom really good with excellent toiletries. Plenty of space to unpack and good lighting. The only downside from my perspective was that the bed was hard, but I have this complaint about many places! We ate in both nights and the food was very good. However the standout was the staff - helpful, efficient and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend Riad El Yacoult.
"Fantastic place - our favourite in Morocco"
This Riad is a hidden gem - its like stumbling into paradise when you go through the front door! The rooms were amazing, the meal - one of the best in Morocco, amazing mint tea and lovely sitting areas to enjoy. The best thing about this riad is the staff - they were so welcoming and accommodating. DJ assisted our friend in organising a special 70th birthday dinner for his wife and was so lovely to talk to, Fatima was lovely and helpful and the boys that waited on us and porters were so friendly and accommodating. We could have stayed here for ever! Its very quiet and comfortable, so beautifully restored - don't miss this treasure.
"Incredible Riad with Impeccable Service!"
I stayed at Riad El Yacout for 2 nights with some friends on a trip to Morocco. We had an amazing time at this Riad and I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone who wants to experience a luxurious and authentic Moroccan experience. After having stayed in numerous boutique hotels throughout India, Asia, and Europe, I can honestly say that the service at Riad El Yacout was the best service I've received while traveling. The manager and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at the hotel and had everything we needed (including a packed breakfast) to enjoy the city of Fez. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations and coordinating transportation. The Riad itself was very well maintained and reflected the beauty, charm, and opulence that is seen throughout Morocco. It is located in the heart of the Medina, and is a convenient walk to numerous shops, restaurants, and historic sites. We loved staying here and can't wait for our next trip!
"New Year in FES"
We had a wonderful time in FES. The Riad is inside the Medina and we could do a lot things by foot. The service and accommodations were perfect. I would like to come back some day. Thank you Abdullah and Khadija.
I stayed here with 4 friends from business school. We were amazed with the beauty of the building, the kindness / helpfulness of the staff, and the quality of our room. It was especially important us how trustworthy the staff was. Because of our trust in them we felt confident in allowing them to connect us with restaurant recommendations, a tour guide and a car to take us to Casablanca. Having traveled extensively around the world and staying at many different types of hotels, I can confidently say this is an upper echelon place to visit!
