Pasamos cuatro dias maravillosos en el Riad Sofía. Realmente es un alojamiento de lujo por un precio muy asequible. No te fies de la impresión de fuera (en un pequeño callejón), porque es un sitio muy seguro. Un 10 en todo.

" Muy Acogedor, precioso y tranquilo " Estuvimos en enero con 1 semana de vacaciones, y la verdad es que el Riad es simplemente un lugar donde reina la paz y la tranquilidad. Despues de un dia , en medio de un sin fin de historias, de ajetreos, de comerciantes, que con una sonrisa, te embaucan en las compras..., nada mejor que llegar a un lugar que parece sacado de un cuento de las " mil y una noches ", donde poder descansar, donde recuperar fuerzas, donde la amabilidad y la servicialidad te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. Nos dieron las llaves tanto de la habitacion, como de la puerta de entrada del Riad, y en un momento uno se siente como " Dueño de su propio palacio " Si realmente quereis visitar marrakech en toda su esencia, nada mejor que vivirlo en un riad. Especialmente os los recomiendo el " Sofia ", ya que en todo momento fuimos atendidos y recibidos con la amabilidad del pueblo Marroqui. Las habitaciones super limpias, quizas deberian mejorar el desayuno ( Muy repetitivo ), pero todo lo demas, precioso. Gracias a Omar y su esposa por el atendimiento y como no los Tés a la menta por la noche

Hallöchen, uns (3 Personen) hat es total gut gefallen. Von außen kaum sichtbar öffnet man die Türe und kommt in Aladdins Wunderlampe :-) . Ziad, der Besitzer, ist sowas von freundlich und hilfsbereit, er organisierte sogar Bier!!! Am besten haben uns die "Chillersofas" unter dem Berberzelt auf der Dachterrasse gefallen.

Personal war sehr nett, aber das ist jeder in Marrakesch, von daher nichts besonderes. Der Allgemeinzustand des Hotels war recht gepflegt u ordentlich. Von der Strasse her war kein Lärm zu hören, Matratzen super gut. Zum El Farna Platz ca 15 Min zu Fuss. Frühstück lässt allerdings in diesem Hotel zu wünschen übrig (Cafe lauwarm, täglich das Gleiche / Marmelade-Osaft- Rühreier-marrokanische Omletts-fertig)

El Riad sofía responde a la tipología clásica de los Riad tanto en su arquitectura como decoración. Si te gusta estar en el corazón del gentío y en el Barrio de la Medina su localización es perfecta, aunque el primer día de llegada es bastante difícil localizar el riad ya que no hay ninguna indicación sobre él, ni tan siquiera en la puerta indica el nombre de Riad Sofía, por lo que es imprescindible preguntar a cualquier persona del Barrio que te indique dónde está. La persona que atiende la recepción, un chaval joven, es atento y amable. Las habitaciones, vimos casi todas una vez allí, son bonitas y agradables. Algunas tienen hasta chimenea en la propia habitación y los cuartos de baño los hay con bañera que son una preciosidad. Aunque bien es cierto que las dos habitaciones que nosotros elegimos por internet (Wataside, tiene el cuarto de baño demasiado pequeño y la habitación Alaouite el baño está bien y bonito pero la habitación es de las más pequeñas). Estas cosas me gusta más decirselas al propietario directamente, pero dado mi nivel de francés lo hacía un poco difícil. Creo que pueden mejorar en algunas cosas para estar más acorde la calidad- precio. Al menos en los que nosotros vivimos. La lencería tanto sábanas como toallas deberían cuidarlas más, así como poner en los baños gel y champú aunque fueran de sobrecitos. La vajilla para los desayunos deberían mejorala y los desayunos deberían ser un poco más potentes y variados. A mi criterio solo le faltan unos pequeños toques para mejorar y ser perfecto. El Riad es recomendable. Tiene una terraza en la azotea en la que puedes desayunar al aire libre y tomarte un té por las noches, en la que se está de lo más bien.

Very nice Riad with helpful staff and a lovely room. The location was good (about 10-15 minutes walk to the square) and the room was lovely. We were made to feel very welcome with a jug of mint tea on arrival and the airport transfer that we had prebooked was waiting for us when we arrived at Marrakesh airport. We would definitly return to this Riad.

Our stay at the Riad Sofia was excellent. There were 7 of us and everyone enjoyed their stay. The Riad is beautiful and is located only 10 minutes walk from the Medina.
