"Good Hotel / Recommended"
I liked the room I was given. It was spacious compared to one you will get in most Tokyo hotels. I liked the interiors though I must say the t&b was a little dated with the. 4-inch square wall tiles, shower curtain and all. It was clean though. The breakfast buffet was sprawled in a large area with pockets of dining sections . One was even separated by a bridge and was surrounded by a pond. I think the sectioned dinner plate-trays were cute.
"good for business"
The hotel is nicely located to the convention center. It was suitable for our team members for business meeting there. This is an international hotel. The rooms were clean and the service was good. I recommend it if you have a business around
"Top international service"
Having staff speaking solid English that we're happy to make calls for me and get travel plans sorted was impressive. Entrance is beautiful with a lovely waterfall to relax by. Room was fine and nothing special at the rate. The hotel is attached to the convention center so often have massive groups. Note shuttle to JR is also available.
"A great hotel in Osaka "
This is my first time here, both the hotel and the city and I truly enjoy my stay. The staff is very helpful though they may not all speak very good English, they still try their best to help. Everything to me is quite reasonable and when you walk out of the hotel, there's a river you can walk along or go for a jog at the bank. My room is small but that's fine, I like the bed and everything is clean. The best thing' Free shuttle bus service to Osaka station everyday and frequently. If you're traveling alone or simply wanna explore this place, I recommend this hotel strongly.
"Go elsewhere "
For the price and the title of the hotel, do not expect to be staying in a royal hotel. Ventilation is bad- we came in winter time and the room felt like it was summer. The aircon is actually a heater and the dehumidifier does not do the job. The room is very very outdated and unclean. I found numerous hairs on the floor and even in the bathroom (the short kind!!!) if you plan to take a hot shower or bath, be prepared to feel like your in the sauna as there's no fan. The carpet is rolling up in places, the flat screen is tiny, and the internet constantly drops out. The only saving grace was the staff. If you want something for the year 2017, go elsewhere!
