"First time in vegas"
Price and room size where 5 star. Paint and carpet in room hallways was not what I expected as there was duct tape and drywall mud at every light fixture. Casino had a lot of choices and you would think 12 hours sitting at table in only 2 sessions and 2 poker tournaments would earn you some comps, nothing!!! Probably visit Vegas again but more likely to take more trips to tunics in between visits. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Still more to see in vegas
"Love the Rio"
For only $60-75 per night, you can upgrade to a multi room suite, at check in only, not ahead of time online. The staff is great and no one has any problem going the extra mile. The rooms and lobbies are being updated so it looks good.
"Rio- Hot action off the Strip"
The Rio is always a great place to stay at away from the madness of the strip. It has great gaming action along with great options to eat and drink at. The Blind Burro mexican cantina always satisfys my hunger and their margaritas are awesome. The tables are always full of action and the dealers are friendly and lively.
"Spacious and clean"
The suites at Rio were spacious and clean. Services were prompt and accurate. Everyone was courteous and helpful when I interrupted them to ask questions. I will recommend friends and family to visit this Hotel.
"Just Stay In the Spa"
The Spa experience was awesome. They have deals and the staff is beyond wonderful. They could not have been more attentive and along with services you get steam, sauna and Jacuzzi in the women's spa. the Spa also provided, fruit, juice, coffee or tea.I give 5 stars to Wendy in the Spa and 5 stars to Amber in the salon. The room was nice and would have liked a coffee maker as nothing open early but Starbucks with a long line and not everyone likes their coffee. All of the staff at the Rio were wonderful from the front desk to the cleaning staff and everyone in-between. Rio if you are listening your stars were reduced because you charged $10 to use the spa facilities if you were not having service on top of the $34 dollar resort fee. That is really petty.
