"Lovely hotel "
Stayed here with my family room 545 which was lovely and beautiful views overlooking the sea and my teenagers where in 523 which overlooked the pool , rooms are nice has all the amenities , the mini bar you pay for a package at the start which only includes coke , water and beer , doesn't last you the week ,the shower head could be bigger as the shower room was big , food is a buffet breakfast and dinner everything fresh and meat and fish cook to your perfection , two pool one salted pool and one chiilorne, pool the salted was the warmest , the Sunbed there where plenty but you do need to be down early to book the best views , towels you get near the pool you are given cards which you hand in .would I be back yes
"An average hotel - lovely surroundings, awful food!"
Last year I travelled to the Red Level Hotel (see #3 above) and all I can say is you can tell the difference! There is no comparison and these hotels are definitely not on the same 5 star level. Positives - staff were friendly, pool areas were lovely, rooms were clean. Negatives - food was dreadful. Evening buffet was always a huge disappointment. Lunch at the pool area was hit and miss - sometimes a great selection of hot meats and salads but sometimes the hot food was cold and tough. I wouldn't go back - we paid £1,000 each all inclusive. I'm sure there are cheaper hotels that are much better value for money. (There is a lot of development at the front of the hotel, but as long as your room isn't facing that way and you like staying poolside all day it won't cause you a problem)
"Another lovely holiday"
TheArrived tired after a delalayed flight from Manchester but as soon as our taxi drew up the concierge was out to collect our luggage. The check in was quick friendly and informative our room was ready so we went straight to it,The concierge was very helpful and the room beautiful high floor on the 6th floor .The room is well fitted out and walk in wardrobe is ideal.Toiletries are replaced and they have pump action ones in the showers. The safe if free of charge which is a bonus!!The food is excellent just so much choice It was lovely to start the day in such a wonderful place ,Then lunch round the infinity pool that's what holidays are all about and the food again was lovely .Then the evening meal there was outside grill /fish and meat also inside fish meat chicken pasta vegetarian options just so much choice We loved eating outside music playing wonderful view !! Must say the only thing we find disappointing is on the last day check out at 12 but have to pay for anything after that never had to do that at an all inclusive before and bearing in mind we didn't arrive till late evening so they've gained on that !! The staff are exceptional and in the the main restaurant Anna looks after you so well.We missed Edgar's serving coffee at breakfast as that was very hit and miss with out him.The lunch round the infinity pool is a must such a wonderful setting and the food so good thanks to Jose, beneta and can't remember her name but she came from Bolton England! Bedroom cleaning ok but timing poor .If you're thinking of booking this hotel you won't be disappointed we have booked again for next year and will hope to have a high floor room wonderful views !! Thanks to all the staff
Well, once again we look forward to returning once more to this great hotel which has provided us with beautiful memories and what great staff always wanting to please. I would like to mention one member of staff in particular, Layla Buzzing Hernandez who has in our opinion the best smile and pleasant manner anyone could ask for. We return very shortly for our 5th visit in 3 years, bring it on!
The surrounding area is of typical Spanish "half built" style, whilst it lines itself up to build a brand new pub/club strip to service the two monstrous Hard Rock Hotel towers being built immediately behind NR. This isn't a tranquil place and never will be, once it all opens for business-but it isn't felt in the secluded NR property really-as long as you're in your room or at the front of the hotel. Everywhere within the hotel boundary is lovely, clean and new looking, with lovely well-tended gardens, grounds, etc. The superior double room was lovely and big with a great view. Top room service and everything was clean and as-new. Noise insulation is poor-we could hear conversations next door and rooms being cleaned above-starting much to early. The Italian a la Carte isn't worth it-not 5 star. We received no wine and the wrong food. It was very strange, located in a basement lobby. There is a better atmosphere and selection in the normal upstairs buffet, so we didn't bother with the Spanish a la Carte. Food is much the same each day, but plenty of variety and well presented and cooked. Service can be very slow with drinks often wrong. Great pools-one colder salt water with a powerful jacuzzi and one warmer fresh water. Poolside service was completely missing though. A quiet and peaceful atmosphere exists around the pool with mainly middle aged/older clientele-probably due to the time of year. Good wifi everywhere-up to 3 devices. If you want more, just call them and say you've lost your password and get another fresh log on. Food and drink is available most of the time. We were all-inclusive and found drinks to be very generous and weren't restricted to "local" drinks-all cocktails were available. Entertainment was generally a local singer, followed by a specialist act after-magic, tribute acts, etc and generally better than that usually offered by holiday reps. This is an expensive 5 star stay, that doesn't quite tick all 5 star boxes, but is readily above 4 star status, so I do recommend as long as you're happy with the price.
