"For the money paid, we couldn't ask for better!"
I stayed at 'Room mate, Carla' with my friend on our stay in Barcelona in April 2017. We had a package holiday with Ryan Air Flights and two nights stay for around £350. The hotel is lovely and smells fantastic - our room was spacious, with an excellent hair dryer (a big one!), a mini bar, king double bed, shower and toilet/wet room. The staff were attentive and did everything they could to help us - they booked us taxi's on nights out and one to the airport. I felt very safe in the hotel as you use a card to swipe yourself in, and other people have to ring the door bell and are greeted by security. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is on a budget holiday - for the money paid, we couldn't ask for better!
Very nice boutique hotel in a great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was great, with waiters checking regularly and always bringing replacement food. Just be aware that there are different rooms and different sizes. The basic room was quite small and the bathroom was pretty much in the room (something to consider if you are not traveling alone and you want a bit of privacy...), so you may want to upgrade to a bigger room. Also, no privacy curtains on the windows and everyone can see you if your room is towards the courtyard and you want to enjoy some sunlight. Don't expect a swimming pool or a gym, like some other hotels nearby. Again, it's a boutique hotel with trendy rooms and friendly environment. Overall, it was a very good stay.
"Very disappointing and rude staff "
Was looking g forward to stay at the hotel as per recommendations on trip adviser, but unfortunately staff was really rude. Try to push some breakfast with the discount price than try to charge more money for a bigger rooms with balcony we went for it, but balcony didn't have any chairs or table, receptions didn't even care to sort it out, also was asked to get a double bed, but reception didn't really cares boy that as well, the answer was that that's all we have now, the the hotel was booked like 6 months in advance. Never will be back with hat kind of attitude people here only worried how to charge more more not now to make a customer happy.
