Good location nice suite-would recommend most highly.Comment of F. Patrick , Ireland the 2016-01-08
We had stayed in this hotel before and were so impressed we were happy to return there. The location is perfect for exploring the city but is also only a short distance from the beach. Our room overlooked Constitution Square with a great view and in spite of this it was very quiet at night when the windows were closed. Our only (very small) negative is the coffee machine used for breakfast. No mater what button you press...for an espresso, café solo etc...all the coffee comes out the same and it's extremely weak. We gave up on the coffee and chose tea instead but it would be so nice to get a good cup of coffee with the breakfast. Overall a very enjoyable stay and undoubtedly we will return in the futureComment of H. Liz , United Kingdom the 2014-07-28
La amabilidad del personal del hotel!Comment of C. Joaquim , Spain the 2014-03-30
"Best place to visit malaga"
Centrally located, staff very helpful, very extensive breakfast until 12:00 (!), nice rooms and inviting bar on the rooftop terrace .... What else can you require ' Not the first time and certainly not the last !
Really great location, in central Malaga. The city is fantastic and this hotel serves as a great base for getting lost amongst Malagueños! Very comfortable stay and we will be back in due course. Keep up the hard work!
"Best place for Holy week"
This hotel is centrally located...shops and interesting places are all in walking distance...personnel were super helpful and friendly..amenities were good..however from your room on 3rdto4th floor, all you see would be back views if tronos are canopied..this is the only setback during holy week processions.. The other inconvenience is that your taxi can't deliver you right in front of hotel, though hotel can send you someone to help with plenty luggage
"Central but noisy location"
Transport: The hotel is in Malaga City Center. From the airport you get there by taxi in 20 minutes. The taxi charges about 20 euros. Public areas: The reception is very small and the corridors narrow. The elevators are a little shaky and the doors do not close properly. There is a bar on the roof, but due to the weather it was practically useless. The physical condition of the facilities starts to approach renovation. In the first floor there is only small entrance. The reception is in the second floor. Rooms: The rooms are small. Due to the location of the hotel the street is noisy all the time. In night time you easily wake up for drunken people just making noise without other purpose- may be in our case swedes. Noise isolation of the bath room is poor- it looks that the floor and wall there is like paper. The hotel charges more of the rooms to the street, but due to the noise I would with this experience take a room to the yard. Cleaning took place normally in the afternoon, which really is one of the bad features of most hotels. The wifi did not work properly- the quality of the network was poor and disconnections frequent. Service: The reception was nice and polite. Also other services of the hotel are at good level. Restaurant: The restaurant offered breakfast. It is very basic. There were extremely few ready made fresh fruits. Only basic fresh vegetables were available and no fish. The selection of the cheeses was minor and only boiled eggs and scrambled eggs were available.
"Perfect Location & Guest-Oriented Hotel"
This hotel is right in the center of the shopping district and easy walk to/around the beach & port. Being there during Semana Santa was particularly delightful since all the processions went right past the hotel so we were able to watch them from our balcony. The hotel is very guest-oriented having available a printed schedule of the processions and the exact time they passed by the hotel, offering room service during this period, and the front desk staff are well-informed to provide valuable information.
