Set in a striking curved building overlooking the Arabian Gulf, this luxurious hotel is 2-minutes' walk from shopping at The Galleria and 15 km from Emirati culture at Heritage Village.
One of the best places I've been to. One special highlight: Bar GLO in the early evening hours.Comment of A. Martin , Switzerland the 2016-06-04
I love the hotel so quite and peaceful you can't even hear anything from the room next you..the T.V 56 inch which will make watch it while drooling and the bathroom which am obsessed with in every hotel I visit was something really really great with the huge bathtub and the shower heads yeah i said HEADS as in four heads will make it impossible to get out of it..the service is great and great hospitality too. For the swimming pool amazing but wished there was jacuzzi also smoking hookah next to the swimming pool looking at the this amazing view of the sea something I recommend highly it will take you to places you can't imagine. Now for the food to be honest I didn't try it in the hotel the lunch period didn't suits me at all so I can't say anything about the dining experience or the food tastes. P.S: you must try the hotel spa its a mustComment of A. AHMAD , Kuwait the 2016-05-14
Its first time to me in this hotel and its fantastic. Amazing room with best services ever. The room is full of electronic systems with an intelligent lights. The bathroom is so beautiful with trademark bath shampoo and gel
"A RECOVERED SET OF CALAMITIES"
A catalogue of catastrophes, made mainly positive by corrective hotel action. First, the loss of our suitcases from valet parking resulted in finding them in the middle of the road and many apologies. Followed by an accidental spilling of drinks into our beach bag by the pool resulted in a free drink for each of us and free laundry, quite right. A hand wash only Sarong was ripped apart in the laundry machine which resulted in a personal apology and compensation to replace the garment. So lots of goings on, but suitably recovered by the Hotel.....if only none of them happened in the first place, it would have definitely been a top grade
We stayed 2 nights in a beautiful, large room with access to the club floor, which was well worth it. We also had Friday brunch out on the terrace which was lovely as the weather had not got too hot at this time Pool was lovely and staff attentive Love to return
"The place to be "
I had dinner with my friends in the Lebanese restaurant the food was very nice and tasty, big thanks to the bar team Mr Almasi who suggest for us the best drinks and special thanks to Mr Bader in the restaurant who was taking care of us like a baby.
We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was amazing. I booked from booking. I advice each one if you want to make a booking do it direct from the hotel maybe you will find cheapest from other website. I booked jounior suite and on booking they mention it will be on sea view but when i contact the hotel they told me all jounior suites not allocated on sea view. So i went to reception to check in and the guy front the desk he suprised me and told me you get an upgrade to royal suite. I get suprised and same time happy. I went to the room it was really big and The view was on sea. I went there for my wedding anniversary. The breakfast on aqua resturant was simple and there is no more options. The blanket on bed was short. My hight is 181 cm. If i want to cover my head the foot is geting out from the blanket. Special thanks to Anna to arrange and decorate the room. Also emle on reception. I rate 9.4.
