"Amazing service and very comfortable bed"
So after ready all the reviews on the Royal Jardins, I will give you my honest opinion from staying in some of the words best hotels: 1. Customer service for my wife and I was second to none, after staying in hotels all around Brazil this place was the friendliest, from Marcelo at the desk, to the concierge asking us about Australia to Mauricio in the bar (yes I remember people very well) , what made it nice was I did try in Portuguese and they speak English as well, so a little hint for foreigners, in Brazil you get a little if you try a little. 2. So the rooms, yes they are a little tight but great for people that don't spend lots of time in the room, single people and business people, they have the most comfortable blankets and mattress I've slept on in Brazil. The room was clean, simple and shower was strong, the safe in our room was not working and the air was a little annoying, but after I stopped it swinging it was all good. One thing I will agree with is the walls are paper thin but if you compare it to Copacabana beach side it was a lot quieter. 3. The hall was carpet a little worn but to be honest people that complain about this are fickle. 4. The restaurant is ok, but as cook for a living, I know what to expect in Brazil, the drinks in the bar where great and the wine selection is very fair and not a bad pick, impressed, and the service was once again amazing. 5. Yes in Brazil in a lot of city's you will pay city tax or project tax depending on the state and regions, so be prepared always and ask questions. 6. Wifi was great no disconnections and breakfast, best Brazilian breakfast I have had, with fresh juice as well. Overall: comfortable tight clean room, food in the restaurant is satisfactory, and drinks and recommendations overall were great, good internet , but what was the stand out was the service from front to back, friendly, professional and if you smile you get one back, this will be our permanent stop in São Paulo every year as it's great and a stone throw from everything in Jardins, thanks guys.
I highly recommend this hotel! The location was great and the staff could not have been more friendly. The breakfast buffet was great as well. The rooms were clean and were slightly above average, but it was the people that made a difference on this one. Shout out to Moises who filled my water bottle for me! 🤗
"Super Friendly Hotel "
Great Staff , Excellent front desk , mini cozy amazing restaurant with a beautiful garden . Rooms sizes are no bad. Close to the Paulista Avenue, great location . Overall had a good time . You need to pay around 150 in local currency to get in to the hotel from the airport . No metros , only option is taxis ..
"Great Staff and Location"
My husband and I were in town for a wedding and stayed 3 nights at this hotel. It's one of the less expensive hotels in the area which is what we were looking for this trip. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. There was also someone at the front desk that spoke English (a plus for us non Portuguese speaking guests) and they were always will to help (providing an iron/steamer for our clothing, restaurant advice, etc.). The location is also fantastic. Right off the main street, Av. Paulista, and close to a local grocery store, multiple restaurants, and shops (all walking distance). The hotel itself is very clean and well kept. It is a bit older. Our room was pretty small (one king bed) but with a relatively larger bathroom. The walls are paper thin as we could hear everything from our neighbors next door, to the cleaning ladies cleaning the rooms and chatting on their phones, to doors slamming shut. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. Nothing like the continental breakfasts you get in the US. This breakfast had a ton of different options, buffet style, and was great for us when we had to check out early one morning. We will most likely stay here again on our next visit.
"Good hotel located in excellent location"
The hotel is located in central Paulista-Jardins area, which is very close to lots of restaurants, public transport hubs & shopping malls. The staff was so friendly & helpful. They had very good breakfast buffet as well with many options. Wifi is faster & easy to connect. Only drawback is room sizes are smaller.
