"Very fine hotel, bad wi-fi"
Great hotel with very clean room, very nice breakfast buffet and very nice area. The wi-fi was very bad at our room and sometimes it didn't work at all. There was a lot of people in the hotel, but it was still very quiet. Other than the wi-fi it was a great hotel, that we got to a good price.
"Excellent Service and Safety "
When the staff goes above and beyond with everything they do, it makes your travel life better. The employees are fantastic. All the lobby staff speak impressive English. They were always willing to answer questions, make suggests, set up tours, and give directions for any and everything. The area is safe, which is very important as I am a solo woman traveler. I walked to the famous Paulista Avenue for shopping and the Art Museum (lucky surprise - it is free on Tuesday!) The hotel building itself is not five star, but is clean, and very comfortable, but the staff is better than most five star hotels. A great little boutique hotel in a fantastic location.
"Nice hotel clase to Av. Paulista"
Pros: location, breakfast, staff. Rooms could be bigger though. But they are comfortable enough. I also felt that the walls were too thin, I could hear some noises coming from the other rooms. They also have a small but nice area with sauna and jacuzzi. The gym is small and a little tight with little space to exercise, but It does fulfill the purpose.
"Great location and stay"
Spent 3 nights here in this vibrant city. Very safe location in a great neighborhood just a few blocks from subway. Forget the news about violence in this city - this area is perfectly fine. I walked all over from this location including to the large central park with museums. Comfy room, strong wifi, reasonable rate, excellent breakfest and great staff. I will return.
"Amazing service and very comfortable bed"
So after ready all the reviews on the Royal Jardins, I will give you my honest opinion from staying in some of the words best hotels: 1. Customer service for my wife and I was second to none, after staying in hotels all around Brazil this place was the friendliest, from Marcelo at the desk, to the concierge asking us about Australia to Mauricio in the bar (yes I remember people very well) , what made it nice was I did try in Portuguese and they speak English as well, so a little hint for foreigners, in Brazil you get a little if you try a little. 2. So the rooms, yes they are a little tight but great for people that don't spend lots of time in the room, single people and business people, they have the most comfortable blankets and mattress I've slept on in Brazil. The room was clean, simple and shower was strong, the safe in our room was not working and the air was a little annoying, but after I stopped it swinging it was all good. One thing I will agree with is the walls are paper thin but if you compare it to Copacabana beach side it was a lot quieter. 3. The hall was carpet a little worn but to be honest people that complain about this are fickle. 4. The restaurant is ok, but as cook for a living, I know what to expect in Brazil, the drinks in the bar where great and the wine selection is very fair and not a bad pick, impressed, and the service was once again amazing. 5. Yes in Brazil in a lot of city's you will pay city tax or project tax depending on the state and regions, so be prepared always and ask questions. 6. Wifi was great no disconnections and breakfast, best Brazilian breakfast I have had, with fresh juice as well. Overall: comfortable tight clean room, food in the restaurant is satisfactory, and drinks and recommendations overall were great, good internet , but what was the stand out was the service from front to back, friendly, professional and if you smile you get one back, this will be our permanent stop in São Paulo every year as it's great and a stone throw from everything in Jardins, thanks guys.
