Awesome hotel with perfect location with Bourbon Street right out the front door. Highly recommend for a wonderful stay in new orleansComment of B. Randy , United States the 2016-09-08
We were a bit skeptical about a hotel right on Bourbon Street, but the minute we walked in and were so warming greeted all fears vanished. Our room on the R Club level was roomy and very comfortable. The bed divine as was the bath. But the thing that made this place were the people staffing the R Club level. Don't miss the later afternoon wine and appetizers (including the phenomenal gumbo) or the spectacular breakfast both served on the same level. And take the time to thank Darren or Patricia or Brandy each of whom did everything in their power to make our stay memorable. My only regret is that I cannot give more than 5 stars as they and this hotel deserve more!

This hotel was lovely--a free bottle of champagne upon arrival. We were there for a holiday party. Very close to many restaurants and attraction in this magical part of the Big Easy. The beds were comfortable. We had a room on the inner courtyard. There was a wedding reception going in the courtyard which was fun to spy on. I was afraid it would be loud but we did not hear anything. A great place to spend time
"a must see"
We arrived in New Orleans after 6pm the checkin was quick, the door man helped us in with our bags.We were very impressed at the appearance inside the large chandeliers and the large lobby .We got a room on the inside on the 3rd floor facing the courtyard as we were afraid the noise facing the street would be too much. The bed was great the best sleeps we have had in a hotel. The room was clean ,roomy for two no complaints. We did use ear plugs a couple of nights but the noise did stop about 11:30PM after all it was Mardi Gras month. The courtyard was nice it led to the Revolution restaurant which we did not get to eat at due to being full but the menu looked great, the lounge and the desire restaurant .The music in the lounge was very good .They also have a coffee shop were I would get my morning Coffee and muffin, the lady in there sure earns her pay she did a great job. This was a great experience for us all the employees were very helpful ,the concierge helped us book a rental car, and was helpful in planning our excursions. At night they have security checking for room keys when you come in, was nice to feel safe in New Orleans.
A sensational Hotel right in the heart of Bourbon Street in the French Quarter, you can walk everywhere. Beautifully decorated and classy, fantastic service from all staff. Surprisingly quiet considering its location. Would definitely recommend it, but not cheap!

Beautiful Hotel, Gracious amazing staff and a perfect location put this Hotel over the top in The French Quarter. Can't wait to visit again we loved the comfort of the club level and getting advice on everything to see and do from Darren. I am so looking forward to returning to Desire Oyster Bar for those amazing grilled oysters cooked on that open grill and the excellent cocktails made by bartender Marcus.
