"Four nights at SSP"
Good: 1)The bathroom has a radio with great nice music to pay 2)The breakfast buffet, especially tortilla and Churros. 3)The bus stop is near by the hotel, costs 1.50 to downtown Bad: 1) The shampoo quality was not good.
"good and bad"
first of all the bad things. At arrival i give my ID card to the receptionist who writes my name wrong, its just copy but... We had room 1501 junior suite premium and 2 days later i have to ask for bathrobes wich should be there in the room anyway. the cleaner asked me after day 1 to clean, i said no but please give us some more blankets, she says yes, but never came back. And yes, i speak spanish without accent. dirty windows. the day we left we had no water, i called, later we had cold water. we, 2 parents and 2 children had to leave the hotel without having a shower! after talking with the reception i got a i am sorry but and nothing else, not good. good things nice big room good views nice indoor swimming pool good room service, good food. the people working at the bar are very nice! unfortunately the restaurant dossel food was not very special. nice big breakfast maybe a few ideas' here are a few.. usb on the televisions would be nice. At the reception have check in and a check out counter because we and many other people waited for more than 30 minutes for check in and out. One more i give to all hotels would be... If you like us clients to help with the envirement like with the towels, give people a discount or something because if people pay well for a room they will use it well ! Hope there is somebody at your hotel who will understand this letter anyway and who knows, things will change for the better...
"Two nights at SSP"
From airport 25€ and 15 min to get to hotel. Upon arrival the lobby was very big and spacious and smelled very nice. There is a cafe and lounge area with a nice warm ambiance and good service. The staff at the front desk was very kind and friendly. The room we had was on the 5th fl. The rooms was not like the picture. It was smaller. Rooms was clean but no working heater, in the night was cold. Bathroom was very nice, with a bidet and hairdryer. I guess there was still hair from the previous clients in the bathtub (yuck). What I like the most was that the bathroom had a radio with great music to play while I took my showers, also a door to separate the sound of radio music and the sound of my spouse television noise did not clash. It was something I really think all hotels should have this set up. The next day room service did a great job of cleaning. We declined paying the breakfast at the hotel and decided to go around the area for lunch. There is many restaurants close by and shopping. 30 seconds across the street and after one block you will see many people walking and staying at the cafe and restaurants. December 30 during the day was 17degrees Celsius, in the night was 5degrees and cold. The bus stop was at the hotel. It is so convenient! 1.50€ take the 19 bus and it takes you directly downtown where all the attractions are. It is super easy to take the bus to and from, and to get around pretty much anywhere. You don't really need to pay 35€ pp for those tour buses. I enjoyed my stay here at the SSP.
slightly outside from downtown but with a taxi only 10-15 min away. the hotel normally is expensive and the rooms are top, there is also a nice bar with some snack food - taxi are just outside the hotel and restaurants and shopping center 5-10 min walking distance. to the airport 10-15min by taxi.
This hotel is steps from the conference center and across the street from the 24 hour casino. Room is large, plenty of closet space with spacious bathroom. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and downtown on the #62 bus - diagonally across from the hotel - takes about 10 minutes. Buffet breakfast - huge selections, but if you just want coffee and something small cross the street and down on your left is MIGAS with excellent espresso & coffee and Great baked goods! Highly recommend that too.
