"Great Hotel on The Via Costeira!"
The hotel has a great location; it is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. The service by the pool is "ok". There should be more waiters making the rounds seeing what guests would like to drink or snack on. The person dispensing the towels is very nice and friendly, as well as most of the employees. The front desk personnel is awesome! However the Security Guard across the Front Desk was very rude and unprofessional. A friend of mine, from Natal, who went to pick me up at the airport wanted to see the pool area, and since it was my first time at the hotel, I also wanted to see it. The way he talked to us, using the excuse, that he was "only doing his job" because it was CarNatal and the hotel had extra security in place, was embarrassing. My friend is a professional, who lives in Natal., and I ended up apologizing for the rudeness of the Security guard. You would think that we were a pair of ISIS terrorists only because I wanted to show him the pool area. other than that incident, I have no complaint about the Serhs; however, the guard, needs more Customer relations training.
"We have been back home in Natal"
We have been back in Serhs Natal Grand Hotel in December 2016. This was for the 12th time. We were once more warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. All staff from the Bellboys, the cleaning lady for our room as well as the cooks at the breakfast restaurant but especially by Jaoa Cruz Melo from guest relations and Inez Xavier from the front desk / reception area made our stay as being back home. We love staying at your hotel and seeing all people once again, The hotel management can be proud of its employees as the employees are proud working for the Serhs group, Best prove is the fact that each year we recognize a lot of the staff and we know that a great number of them are with the Serhs group since the opening of the hotel. Also the refurbishment of the rooms and suits is looking very well, the rooms and suits are looking much lighter now. "Service - Not worth the price"
- Restaurant Jangada has a poor service. Supervisor has not exist. - Waiters with unwillingness to take your order. - Some items has been added on my account without my request/agreement. All the time, we need to request a forecast to check out our consumption.

- there are not enough waiters at the restaurants. - fun activities are not good. - do not give a map of the hotel neither a list of the entertainment activities. - restaurants are not good for the price you pay.
This hotel is a good place for academic meetings, with several options for dinning and an excellent beach view and swimming pool. Nice service in general, although some waiters are not sharp enough during rush hours. Elevators are sometimes insufficient for the hotel capacity and slow.
