We spent a night here after arriving from Singapore and before a cruise commenced the following day. The hotel is perfectly located about a 10 minute walk after exiting the baggage collection area and in close proximity to all the airport facilities. We got to the hotel around 8am hoping for an early check-in that was not only granted to us, but also at no extra charge ! We found the room comfortable, especially the firm bed, and completely quiet considering its location in the terminal. We found the hotel restaurant a little pricey for what was on offer and instead chose to eat at one of the airport eateries. All in all a very good stay; we'd return when next in the area.

Easy, breezy location connected to Schiphol Airport via connected walkway. Room was comfortable, shower a little small but manageable. Fastest way to shower and rest a bit after a long flight. If planning on visiting Amsterdam for a few days, then I highly recommend purchasing a 3 day train voucher which gets you to Amsterdam Central and all the commuter trains for EUR25.
"Lots of room for improvement "
I like the convenience of staying at the airport. The hotel is a standard European Sheraton with good and clean rooms. What I would improve: 1. The Platinum room upgrade is very poor. The upgrade room is comparable with standard rooms of other Sheratons. 2. TV channel selection is strange. Many channels titles are displayed but there is no program. 3. The room service dinner took 50 minutes and was not hot anymore. 4. Breakfast: Fruit was cut very poorly and I didn't like the taste of the coffee at all.

We booked this recently, prior to a very early morning flight. Good value for money and the best located hotel at Schiphol airport. To be recommanded! We plan to book here every time we fly from Amsterdam. Very good connection to the city of Amsterdam. Max 10 minutes by train.
"Good location, modest service"
The location is very good, but service is modest. We had to change room due to smell (smoking or something else), but also second room was smelling of cleaning products. Also at check in, we asked to pay immediately, but instead they charged by credit card with 2 nights deposit (we were staying just 1 night). No other hotel in The Netherlands did the same.
