"Easy stay and all fine"
Due to a missed connection flight I could check in this hotel on costs of the airline company. Very friendly hotel staff and very practical for business purposes. 24 hours gym was very clean and with modern equipment. Beer at the bar very good and also reasonable prices.
For long that you felt you where a welcomed Platinum member, super service at check in, good explanation fro the facilities and also a upgrade to a svit, very nice, the Hotel is not super modern but good service compensate for this, i will be back even if i dont get a svit...
Once upon a time this was a swanky Sheraton in a top Brussels location, handy for just about everything. It still has the advantage of location but it desperately needs renovating and updating. We all expect electric sockets at the desk and by the bedside. My room had neither. We all expect decent free wifi. It has a wifi whisper that is free, a standard paid for version that frankly isn't much better and a very expensive speedy variety. It was built in an era when women were wives not independent travellers - how do I know that' Because there are no make up mirrors in the bathrooms, which by the way are very shabby. It has a lovely pool area at the top, it has charming staff and the food seems fine but I wouldn't stay here again. Having to work balanced on the edge of the bed because the only place I could find a working electric socket was an inch from the floor at the foot end of the bed doesn't get your urgent work done or improve your mood. Sheraton Group, bite the bullet. Invest in this hotel.
"Pretty run down"
I have stayed in the hotel some years ago and already at this time it was in need of renovation. Meanwhile, it is completely outdated but still requires prices that can compete with new hotels in town. Here are my negative points: The décor is very dark and for instance the bathrooms with small orange and blue tiles look like they have been there for decades. The smell in the room is stale – as the hotel is a high-rise you cannot open the windows properly. The hotline is almost always taken, so it is hard to get somebody on the line. The lounge does offer a nice breakfast but not much to eat or drink in the evening. Compared to the bad state of the hotel, staff is very friendly – but of course cannot do much to have a guest feel more comfortable. I am sorry to say I will not be back.
"Good location and affordable price choose club floor"
The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Check in process was efficient. Rooms are large and well maintained only in the higher floors may be club level. Lower floors are not renovated yet and all the carpets are dirty and stained. If you pay around 30 to 40 Euros more , you can stay in the club floors . Then the rooms are quite decent. Breakfast in the lounge or ine the restaurant was just ok and you can survive with it . The coffee in the breakfast is much better compared with most of the hotels even in paris . House keeping is not outstanding but fine . Anyway, it is worth to stay there .
