"Great location, Great Hotel"
If you're not sure about this hotel, stop hesitating and just hit book. The hotel itself is wonderfully decorated, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfy. The staff are friendly, and informative (even when we arrived at 3am!), and are always available to help. It's in a great location, step outside and you're on the river front, look right and you see the castle towering above. Most of the cities attractions are within short walking distance, with the Old Town which is full of amazing restaurants and bars only a 10 minute walk away. We booked tours to Auschwitz/Salt mines via Escape To Poland, the concierge knew the company, which was reassuring, and the tour company could get us directly from the hotel. The only negative would be the bar attached to the hotel. The bar itself is amazing, it's a sports bar, so has several tv's, pool tables, table football etc. The staff are friendly, and make a killer cocktail. But, the prices are extortionate compared to the rest of Krakow. One night drinking in the bar actually resulted in our biggest bill of the holiday (Bigger than 2 course meals with 10+ drinks). Oh, and wifi prices are a bit steep , but I didn't really care about that as didn't use it.
"lovely people at hotel"
We have just got back from a 4 night stay at the sheraton, we were room only as that suits ourselves. On entering the hotel the staff could not have been more helpful and greeted us with warmth and smiles. The room we had overlooked the bars and restauraunt, but there was very quiet and no problem at all, also very clean, service excellent and very comfortable. As we were tired most days after trips, walking etc, we spent our evenings in the someplace else bar. This proved to be a good move as the staff, beer and food was excellent, especlally the staff, who made us welcome and always greeted us with a smile, sometimes they could have done with an extra pair of hand (MANAGEMENT TAKE NOTE). Theres not a lot more that can be said as we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.location was excellent as well as you are an easy waik from the castle and the main square......glyn/jacqui 20/feb/17

"Lovely hotel, definitely recommend. "
My husband and I have just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean and tidy, reception staff were lovely and welcoming upon check in and we were advised that we had a complimentary upgrade on our room from classic to the next category. We also arrived at the hotel around midday and our room was ready so didn't have to wait until 3pm to check in which meant we could lock our travel documents in the safe, quickly unpack and go off exploring!! We had 2 large twin beds in our room rather than a double but we were fine with that so didn't request a move or a double bed. The beds were extremely comfortable, plenty of pillows and bedding etc so over a good sleep was had. The view from our bedroom window was of the beautiful royal castle. Throughout the stay the room was serviced and kept it's very high, clean standard. The rooms has tea, coffee making facilities and a mini bar that is chargeable if used. There is a TV with the usual channels and plenty of power points to charge phones etc including USB sockets so we could just plug the iPhones straight in the wall without the need for adapters. The sports bar is great, we went in there most days for a drink on our way back in from the day out and also played a few games of pool. If you are in to sports, football, rugby then there is plenty of coverage in the bar. The location is brilliant. The hotel faces the river, right next to royal castle. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the old town and the square via a lovely park area which was snow covered during our stay. It's a good base for exploring. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the hotel and if we return to Krakow we will go back to this hotel.
