"Great venue but terrible service"
Exceptionally slow, albeit friendly, service. Took almost 30 minutes to receive a drink and a beer. Upon ordering a pina colada we received a sex on the beach. I politely asked if that really is a pina colada, but was told it is. Highly unusual to not see the difference between a coconut and a peach drink.. (A Sheraton style pina colada pictured below) But great location in the sun. Glass shields for any cold gust of wind, but would not recommend it for a cloudy day with this type of pricing and service.
"Great hotel in ideal location "
Visited Krakow for a long weekend to visit the usual tourist spots. Sheraton Grand was a good place to base ourselves being only 15 minutes walk from the main square and 5 minutes from Wawel Castle. We had a Club room overlooking the river. Knowledgeable and courteous staff able to converse in English. Excellent service and high quality. Great value too.
" Best hotel in krakow "
Just returned back for a small weekend city break in krakow, it was my first time staying at the Sheraton krakow hotel and definitely it will not be the last. From the warm welcome by the door man to the house keeping staff, all staff were super friendly. Got the chance to get a room over with stunning views over the Vistula Rivera and the magnificent Wawel castle. Highly recommend this hotel.
"Very good but not quite there for a five star hotel"
Location is superb. Breakfast excellent. Service pretty good. The room quite big, but bathroom small with no shower (only bath). We had access to the lounge, and the (free) food there was very, very, good, as was the service. Like all Sheraton's the decor in the room is a bit old fashioned. Both key-cards needed to be replaced. This was my experience at the Sheraton in Bratislava also, so I guess their key-card system is not very good.
"Very comfortable stay"
This hotel is situated right in front of the river with excellent views and a few minutes walk away from the old city and pedestrian area. We were traveling with our children and our puppy and they thought of every detail. From children's treats, to soft toys and not to mention the special dog bed with food and drink bowls placed carefully in our room. The employees are all very helpful especially Jan from the Concierge. Well done to Ms. Angela Saliba the General Manager! The hotel has a good team and good service and we shall definitely be back to stay.
