Stayed several times and now more recently at the newly renovated Sheraton Grand. Vallet is efficient. Stunning lobby with welcome front desk staff. Rooms clean and bright. Friendly staff. Kudos go out to Juan at the lounge who always give exceptional service. Without a doubt, Sheraton Grand will be my next business trip stayover.
"Above and Beyond"
We have stayed at this hotel before and always found the staff and service excellent. We just returned from another stay at the hotel and my wife and I want to acknowledge three members of the staff. At the front desk, we were greeted by Arena for check- in. Though she must have checked in many hundreds of customers since our last stay, it was clear she remembered us from questions about the family and what services we needed. She made us feel like family and we always appreciate her warm, caring and friendly demeanor. We also want to recognize Elsie, the manager and Arely, the guest relations rep. We enjoy staying at this hotel because the staff go out of their way to accommodate special requests. This time a problem arose that required prompt resolution. Elsie and Arely got together and resolved the situation with a smile. They turned what could have been a real problem into just a "blip on the radar". We are so grateful for their kindness and compassion, We look forward ton our next visit!

I am an SPG Platinum for life member and when I want to relax and be taken care of I am going to see Juan in the Club Lounge. Nice personality and great service and when my wife comes to join me on occasion she just loves him! He makes us feel like we are at home and makes us come back! Thank you J.Morissette
"The Royal Family Treatment"
I am a loyal SPG member and have my favorite national locations. The Sheraton Grand is one of them. They were sold out due to a busy conference and I had to check into a slimy hotel in the vicinity. I simply could not stay in an unsafe, run down motel and showed up at the front desk begging for help. My concern was taken seriously and I knew the staff and managers had genuine compassion and concern for my plight. Violetta and the on call manager worked magic to get me a room. That evening Francis took great care of me and a request I had for a friend also staying in the hotel. I am so grateful for the staff, the hotel amenities and the location. This is my go to hotel in LA and I will never forget the kindness and care. Tonight...I sleep safe and like a baby. Thanks YOU!!

Excellent restaurant, District, provided an exceptional dining experience--terrific food and sterling, attentive service by Enrique. All the staff I encountered was superb--very friendly and professional--and I loved the room!
