"Old and tired, small rooms. Prostitution in the lobby "
This hotel is in desperate need for renovation, rooms feel old, outdated and small. Location is very good for business. Now, what's really uncomfortable about the hotel it's the fact that there's active and conspicuous PROSTITUTION going on in the lobby every night... yes, every night, between 2 and 4 ladies come into the lobby bar and stare at guests until they make eye contact to offer their services. Not only this happens right in front of hotel personnel but I saw a night manager kiss these ladies goodbye before going out for the night. When I asked the hotel personnel about the situation they said they were not able to control it sends the hotel lobby shares a big entrance with the adjacent mall but that they would escalate again to the hotel general manager.
"Wprking week in SaoPaulo"
Well located hotel in a very nice neighborhood. The hotel is fancy with good facilities (the "Club room is huge and comfortable). The attention of hotel staff is very kind also, however a few things to be improved: TV channels are only in Portuguese! It is not quite easy change channels also. There is only one option to breakfast (I think the club floor was closed, I had to find out myself). In spite of the above mentioned, as a whole experience is valuable. Recommended.
"Excellent Service, Amazing Staff, Close to Metro"
I stayed at this hotel with my family and the service was amazing. The hotel staff were very cooperative. Since we were four in the party, they opened the next door to accommodate our kids. the hotel is located close to major highway and is at a walking distance from a metro station. Safe neighborhood and close to several good restaurants.
The staff at the hotel really makes you feel welcome, they are very professional and authentic about their caring attitude. Adding a great location, it is an excellent experience. I've been at this hotel several times and it always makes me feel welcome.
"A well located dump!"
The room carpet was the filthiest I've seen, attached pictures which only show about half of what you can see live. Not even a one star hotel would have a carpet this dirty. Never staying here again, after I reported they did nothing to try and clean it, came back the following evening after work to find the had done nothing. Not to brag but for the record I am an SPG/Marriott Platinum member which means that this probably included a better than average room upgrade on a club level floor... On top of this the mini bar team "added" a two dollar grape juice I never consumed to my tab to make their daily sales quota. Hotels need to stop paying the mini bar crew commissions on sales, it drives the wrong behavior. I guess it is SPG/Marriott practice, same happened at the Santiago Marriott last week with a chocolate, pretty annoying.
