"Excellent service, great view"
It's not for the weak of heart, but we loved the view in our room at the 20th floor. Large rooms, swift service in decent English and a generous breakfast buffet. I enjoyed the gym on the top floor where you can enjoy the view on the beach while working out in climatized conditions. The swimming pool is not large but it's a nice hidout to chill for an hour. And it has a bar!
"Why the security refundable fee of R$100 per day'"
The outside of the hotel, the lobby and restaurant are nice. The picture gives the wrong impression that the hotel is right on the beach, which is not: it is on a street across which there is a Macdonald's, various lanes, a kind of park and beyond that it is the beach. It is near the beach but it is not a beach front property. As for the rooms, I was expecting more. Although I have no complaints the room looked the same and perhaps even a bit smaller than the one I stayed in Rio at a 3 star hotel. The front desk staff was polite but not overly friendly. The gym is well equipped but the pool is more like a large bathtub. The view from the room was great, as I was on the 16th floor. I would classify the hotel as good, but nothing more, therefore the overall rating given of "average" as the next rate would have been "very good". The front desk people did not have maps to orient the guests and demanded the sum of R$100 per each day of stay to cover "incidentals". As I did not have any incidentals, I was reimbursed the R$500 since I had used cash. This is an annoying practice and shows complete distrust of guests. Why not wait until check-out and see if there were any incidental expenses and then charge for them as other hotels do'
"Good location, great view"
The check in desk staff all have a good understanding of English and are very helpful. The lift requires the room key to be activated so is a good level of security. There is a pool on the top deck with towels available. The restaurant has a special menu for each sitting that is good value. It is within walking distance of the shopping centre, beach and triangulo so is well located in my mind. The bed is comfortable and linen in good condition. Overall very good.
"Best View in Vitoria."
If you are visiting Vitoria you have to stay at this hotel. You are basically at beach front, the rooms have amazing view and are very spacious. The beds are comfortable and lines so soft. The window is huge and you can even open a tiny bit to feel the nice "capixaba" breeze :) The bathroom is well equiped and has a good shower. There is a hairdryer too. Breakfast is amazing with great selection os breads and cakes. There were eggs, bacon, cold cuts and cereal. Unfortunately the fruits weren´t that good. Staff is very polite and friendly. The girl who checked us in was very helpful. thank you.
"Very comfortable hotel"
Very polite check in staff and very efficient. The lobby is quite typical for this type of hotel i.e. open and airy. The bar sits to the right of the bar and can be quite cramped as it is very small with only a few tables. The bar is well stocked with Brazilian beer and the more typical alcoholic drinks. The rooms are clean and the bed/s comfortable. The hotel has a rooftop gym and pool. I haven't used either, only drunk beer by the pool which is small but functional. The gym seems well kitted out too. I recommend this hotel.
