Great hotel with very helpful staff. Excellent location. Within walking distance of everything in Santa Cruz. Offer very affordable car rental through a local company. Food in sook bar was delicious and very reasonably priced for the quality of presentation etc. No swimming pool but very close to the local public pools at la cascadia which were brilliant. We loved our stay here and would definitely come again if we return to Santa Cruz.
The best hotel in Santa Cruz, we really enjoyed everything. Next time we are sure that we will stay again in this hotel. Breakfast, jacuzzi, the room, the staff, the location, nothing better than this.
"Very good location"
Enjoyed the stay. Could explore the while island from here, having the convenience of the town, shops and restaurants nearby. Large rooms and pretty good breakfast. Parking down the road, from the side of the mall, always found a place in the evenings when back from island trips.
"Very comfortable hotel"
Well situated for all the main attractions in Santa Cruz, with an in-house Tourist Sales/Information point in the lobby. Comfortable, quiet room with speedy accessible lifts, giving an excellent view of the city day and night. Very helpful staff and a very good choice at breakfast. Only one slight drawback - do guests really need bland piped 'music' blasting out in the corridor right outside the room'
"A great city break!"
The Silken Atlantida is super for a city break. Just up the road drom El Corte Ingles and within walking distance of all the shops and attractions. We went to see Ma,a Mia ( in Spanish) and it was fantastic, so if ypu are going, look to see what is on in the opera house as they usually have excellent productions. We had a junior suite club which gave us access to the club lounge with coffee, fruit and biscuits all day and into the evening. The lounge itself was pretty soulless but comfortable to sit and down load emails as the wifi was very fast. The suite consisted of a lounge, bedroom , dressing room and bathroom and was spacious, light and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice, both hot and cold dishes. Santa Cruz has so many wonderful restaurants that we only had breakfast in the hotel and ate out in different restaurants in the evenings. The city is lively, with loypts to do, but small enough to be able to walk round. The Meridiano shopping centre is behind the hotel and has many shops and eateries too. We loved outpr stay, we loved the hotel too and would definitely stay there on our next trip to Santa Cruz. Well worth a visit.
