This is our second stay at the Sivatel, and it does not fail to impress. Total professional service from the time you step out of your taxi, you are warmly greeted, your luggage is taken care of swiftly, everyone speaks a high level of English, and everything is effortless and smooth. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to everything, and if you prefer to catch the Skytrain anywhere, the station is only a very short walk. The rooms are extremely clean, well fitted and spacious. The living area is large and well equipped, the living area has a comfortable sofa, table and chairs, tea and coffee making facilities as well as a well lit desk to work on. Both the living and bedroom area’s have individual air conditioner controls. The bed is super comfortable, the linens high quality and fresh, there is also a pillow menu available for the fussiest sleeper. The rooms are large, spacious and have modern television sets which are set up as full entertainment/communication systems which have keyboards, great screens, WIFI in both the living and bedroom areas. The bathrooms are large and clean with lovely toiletries and an abundance of towels and added useful times like bathroom scales. The breakfast area is awesome. Broad range of food items to choose from to cater for all taste buds. Great coffee, fantastic omelette chef, efficient and speedy wait staff with attentive service and a great view of Bangkok whilst you are eating your breakfast. I tried the day spa which is really good value and wonderful service. I have no complaints, the Sivatel ticks all the boxes and I will return yet again.Comment of G. Ian , Australia the 2016-01-10
"Cass' Sivatel Stay"
Great central location close to where i needed to be whilst in Bangkok. Helpful and welcoming staff went out of their way to help me travel easier and safely. Clean, spacious rooms. Lovely refreshing pool with a great view.
"The best concierge"
The hotel is very luxury, comfortable, the breakfast is amazing, very close from the metro station and a shopping and there is the best concierge ever, Prissy. She made your time in Bangkok much more funny, arrange all the tours for us and deal with 6 girls talking at the same time for 5 days 😃
"great room near the central embassy"
This hotel will be a great choice if you like to have a meal at one of the restaurant in central embassy mall. The distance between hotel and BTS station is close and there is central embassy near, but nothing else.
"A home away from home!"
We were in Bangkok for a few days towards the end of December. Having travelled for about two weeks, we were looking for a larger space to unwind from the travel. We were very happy with the larger sizes of the suites. And the larger sized toilets. Also the large walk in closet. The breakfast buffet was extensive and also changed every morning. Which was important because we stayed for 4 days. The location was particularly good - a short walk from the Phlom Chit MTR station and almost opposite the Embassy Mall.
"2 Bdr Royal Suite with private terrasse"
An oasis in the city center. Spectacular view from the private balcony. Very comfortable beds. 3 TVs. Large choice at breakfast. Very friendly and professional staff. Looking forward to coming back. Thanks
