This is our second stay at the Sivatel, and it does not fail to impress. Total professional service from the time you step out of your taxi, you are warmly greeted, your luggage is taken care of swiftly, everyone speaks a high level of English, and everything is effortless and smooth. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to everything, and if you prefer to catch the Skytrain anywhere, the station is only a very short walk. The rooms are extremely clean, well fitted and spacious. The living area is large and well equipped, the living area has a comfortable sofa, table and chairs, tea and coffee making facilities as well as a well lit desk to work on. Both the living and bedroom area’s have individual air conditioner controls. The bed is super comfortable, the linens high quality and fresh, there is also a pillow menu available for the fussiest sleeper. The rooms are large, spacious and have modern television sets which are set up as full entertainment/communication systems which have keyboards, great screens, WIFI in both the living and bedroom areas. The bathrooms are large and clean with lovely toiletries and an abundance of towels and added useful times like bathroom scales. The breakfast area is awesome. Broad range of food items to choose from to cater for all taste buds. Great coffee, fantastic omelette chef, efficient and speedy wait staff with attentive service and a great view of Bangkok whilst you are eating your breakfast. I tried the day spa which is really good value and wonderful service. I have no complaints, the Sivatel ticks all the boxes and I will return yet again.Comment of G. Ian , Australia the 2016-01-10
"Best Buy Luxery"
This hotel only have 40 or 60-something rooms and is never cramped by people. This mean that the sun beds at the infiniti pool always are availible. All the rooms are really spacieus, and are more or less like a an apartment in size. We had the smallest room and were equiped with a living room, good size bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast are really nice with fresh omelett, (hot and cold) vegetables, oatmeal, desserts, pastry, brie, salmon and more stuff that I am to lazy to mention here The hotel is also located near ploen chit BTS, so it's easy to travel (and avoid the taxi/trafic).
Excellent service and the room was awesome! Only stayed there one night but will definitely book again if we're back in Bangkok! Staff was extremely friendly and knowledge, and they spoke great English which was helpful if you don't know much Thai.
Our room was really nice, modern and spacious. The outdoor pool was just okay and there were no bar staff on hand during the day. The receptionist who dealt with us treated us like we shouldn't really be there but the other staff were friendly and helpful.
"Outstanding all round"
Time to try out a new hotel in Bangkok, we always stay close to the center of BKK and also within walking distance of the BTS. After a long flight into BKK and a late check in the staff from the main door all the way to our room where so helpful. Breakfast overlooking BKK is just a awesome view. The rooms are largen nice bedding also a bathroom with a view. We stayed twice at Sivatel at the start and finish of our trip and was sad to leave when the trip came to a end. The only small down side and i know that the location doesn't allow it, is a lack of street food outside the hotel, but in saying this you can find street food just next to the BTS Phloen Chit so only a 100m walk from the hotel. Also if you need a 7/11 there is one just across the road at BTS Phloen Chit. This will be our next hotel say in BKK
"There is no five-star value"
When we first stay, that is, in the room drawer to see the use of toilet paper, feeling very bad, when booking, we have a special mark birthday, the hotel staff have told to prepare the cake, but we did not receive
