This is our second stay at the Sivatel, and it does not fail to impress. Total professional service from the time you step out of your taxi, you are warmly greeted, your luggage is taken care of swiftly, everyone speaks a high level of English, and everything is effortless and smooth. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to everything, and if you prefer to catch the Skytrain anywhere, the station is only a very short walk. The rooms are extremely clean, well fitted and spacious. The living area is large and well equipped, the living area has a comfortable sofa, table and chairs, tea and coffee making facilities as well as a well lit desk to work on. Both the living and bedroom area’s have individual air conditioner controls. The bed is super comfortable, the linens high quality and fresh, there is also a pillow menu available for the fussiest sleeper. The rooms are large, spacious and have modern television sets which are set up as full entertainment/communication systems which have keyboards, great screens, WIFI in both the living and bedroom areas. The bathrooms are large and clean with lovely toiletries and an abundance of towels and added useful times like bathroom scales. The breakfast area is awesome. Broad range of food items to choose from to cater for all taste buds. Great coffee, fantastic omelette chef, efficient and speedy wait staff with attentive service and a great view of Bangkok whilst you are eating your breakfast. I tried the day spa which is really good value and wonderful service. I have no complaints, the Sivatel ticks all the boxes and I will return yet again.Comment of G. Ian , Australia the 2016-01-10
"Impressive hotel except for the food"
Located next to Central Embassy, in a relatively quiet part of Sukhumvit and in between of the chaotic Nana area on the left, and a number of major shopping malls on the right. Staff is friendly, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Separated living room and bedroom, as well as a beautiful bathroom. Nice swimming pool with a nice view. The only minus for me was the food, a classy hotel like this is supposed to serve better in my opinion, but probably I was the only fool eating in the hotel instead of outside. Overall, good quality and value for money if we dont count the food in!
Big, nice, & clean rooms. Nice pool. One of the main things that makes this hotel so enjoyable to stay at is the staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The concierge Prissy is awesome. She set up all of our tours and even changed our flight reservations for us. The bellman Dragon, gave us lots of tips on where to eat and where to go to get the best shopping deals. The 24 hour in-room dinning was really good too.
"Very good hotel"
This hotel is in the heart of the city with great views of the city from its high floors. On entering the hotel you can see it is a full 5 star hotel, it is very clean and the check in is so easy with fresh drinks and nice sitting area while you wait. The rooms are very clean and tidy and they are also very spacious with large windows and all amenities that you need. The pool are is very clean and the pool is of a good size with views over the city. You also have breakfast by hr pool with a chef making fresh eggs and also an inside area with food to meet everyone's culinary delights. I have stayed at this hotel twice and would fully recommend it to anyone staying in Bangkok
"Everything about this Hotel was great!"
The Hotel location is very good, near BTS. Many shops nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly . The rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool was delightful. I will definitely revisit this Hotel again!
"Visit to Sivate after 2 years"
I notice that the hotel has chaged some what. People are less personal, the room entertainment system has changed to a less effective system otherwise the room remains the same but a bit worn. I have been to the hotel for at least 5 times.
