"Impressive rooms, great location, attention to detail, early morning wake up"
This is a smart idea for a Romeo&Juliette-themed hotel at the very spot, where she is supposed to have lived. It sounds like Disneyland, but it's not. Rooms are tastefully decorated, breakfast brought to the room is a nice touch, the location is lovely, the only glitch is the rat-fighting brigade, whose truck stops on the street just below the window at 7AM and makes a lot of noise. But anyway this is the time you need to get up and hike to the other bank of the Adige river to put 1 euro to the parkmeter, which starts to operate at 8AM. So no hard feelings... Beautiful morning hike... Or pay 30 euros to park at the hotel and get angry for being woken up at 7AM... Or arrive by train.
"A most memorable stay "
A beautiful boutique hotel right besides the courtyard of Juliet's home. Everything is clean n of quality standard. Breakfast served in the room is simple but met expectation. While it is not accesible by taxi, a short walk to the hotel is pleasant and the portal service is helpful. The location is central and there are lots of retail Shops next to the hotel. We will definitely go back to this place. Verona is such a charming place.
"Lovely Hotel located in the centre"
Stayed one night, hotel was super sweet and breakfast was top. 100% recommendation! Had a jacouzi in the bathroom and a balcony with a view over all of Verona. Arrived late at night, but check in went super good.
"Best for Romance"
A truly romantic place, if you are a couple who want to imagine yourselves as Romeo and Juliet, this is the place to be. It is a small place with a family boutique feel, so it may not offer the ample facilities of a big full-service hotel, but it had all that we needed. The rooms are every bit as good and romantic as they look on the hotel's photographs. The Il Sentiero room opens into the courtyard of Juliet's house, so you can see Juliet's balcony from your own balcony. We did not find the visitors that came to Juliet's courtyard burdensome or annoying at all, and we were there in the high season. Parking is a very short walk from the hotel on Piazza Viviani, you call the hotel shortly before you arrive, and they send someone to help you park and get your luggage. Wifi in the room was excellent. Breakfast in the room was very special. We were very happy that we chose this hotel, which made our stay in Verona wonderful and memorable, we did not want to leave.
"Recommended - a lovely experience"
We came here for our Wedding Anniversary and I booked it without really looking at what an experience I had lined up for us. You get access to Juliet's Courtyard after hours and with everyone still looking in through the locked gates you feel like a Rock Star !!! It's ideally located for central Verona and you never get lost as Juliet's Courtyard is signposted everywhere ! The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, (room service only) but that suited us as we explored Verona and took an easy train ride to Venice I would recommend Dec in these 2 cities as the streets are fairly quiet and the cold sets the scene for the Christmas Markets
