"Great hotel stay! "
We took a 4 nights vacation with this hotel that we found it very easily and at short distance from the metro! The personnel was very kind and attentive, the rooms were very clean and we had good access to main city points. There was a gas station very close and also a supermarket. Next to the hotel, we had direct busses to the beach and to the city center (10 minutes trip max). Also, good to mention that the breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the nice yard. I would recommend this hotel for visiting Valencia!
"Great location, good hotel"
Stayed here for three nights to visit my daughter. Had a wonderful stay, room was fine, clean, no complaints. Staff super friendly, English can be limited, I was lucky to be with my daughter, but could have got by without too many language issues. Breakfast, first morning first class, second morning less choice, third morning disaster, not hotel fault, more timing of turning up at same time as Chinese group, who quite simply wiped the buffet in one scoop, and the staff quite simply couldn't keep up. Bar staff were great, bar tender remembered our drinks just how we liked them after our first drink. Location is perfect for all sites of Valencia, city, arts and beach all within 15 minute walk, or local metro 5 min walk away. When we're next in Valencia, this hotel will suit our needs 100%
"City Hotel, limited facilities"
Stayed here (not by choice; after Altharooms lost my booking for another hotel). Building is low-rise, and unusual for a city centre here. Rooms are ok but limited facilities, no coffee/tea making and no ice box in tiny fridge. Corridor carpets are stained. Staff are good although on check-out I was asked if I took minibar drinks, i.e. 6 little bottles of water which I assumed were complimentary.
"Great hotel "
I stayed here just over a week for a wedding, the location is excellent - about halfway between the beach and town with plenty to do in the local area. Booked with breakfast included which was to an excellent standard, the rooms were clean and regularly had fresh towels etc provided. The hotel bar/restaurant was very reasonably priced and the staff were friendly and helpful. Even if they don't always speak English the receptionist generally did. My only slight criticism of the restaurant is the menu is a little limited - but still of a good quality. Bikes can be hired for €2 an hour or about €10 for the day - they are functional but basic, took one for 30 miles without any problems- lots of good cycle paths in Valencia.
On arrival room appeared ok/basic! No tea/coffee making facilities. Only 1 pillow each. Air con good. Poor sleep as the walls were so thin, any movement could be heard from the next room. Breakfast only - no other meals available so had to go out each night. Location was ok - midway between beach & city centre-good metro service nearby.
