"Best for city and beach visit"
The hotel is just between city centre and the beach, close to scientific museum too. If you are thinking to cover all these in a short time, this is the best location. Is about 20-30 minutes walk to all of them, but I would suggest to take the bus (10 minutes) or bicycle ( 10 minutes, can be rented from hotel, o better use the velensbisi infrastructure- best option). As for the hotel it offers what it says: - rooms are clean, quiet and nice - excellent breakfast, inside courtyard and bar - excellent service We've stayed for one week and each day service and quality was at its best.
The location is very good between the city and the beach near a major bus route a cycle path runs in front and the the hotel hires bikes 2 euro an hour on the bus it costs about 1.80 Euro to get in to city which you can pay on the bus they run on circle routes and because the road in front of hotel is one way towards the port to catch the bus to town you need to cross road and go to the next street bus number 2 takes you to centre, Hotel room are good and clean with a/c three floors nice court yard in middle and small front garden area hotel does breakfast which is really nice inc coffee and fruit bacon eggs and cereals cheese cakes etc just lacking a toaster ! hotel don't do evening meals but lots of places to eat around Staff are nice and helpfull and friendly the area around the hotel is not attractive but seemed safe no incidents from our group We noticed the beer is cheaper than in town and even cheaper if you go regular Taxi back from town is around 7 Euro you are quite a few blocks from the metro so we never used it And there is a laundry across the road Under the hotel parking is 10 Euro a day
The hotel has been converted from an old mill. The rooms are spacious & clean but had no windows. It was equipped with all basic amenities except for a kettle. The location is excellent with bus stand, metro station, super market all within walking distance. There are also lots of restaurants near by. We did not opt for breakfast in hotel, but had the same at a nearby cafeteria (Mirter cafe) which was good. Overall a pleasant stay.
The room is big and clean. Its location is about a 30 minute walk to the beach and about a 7 to 9 euro can ride to the center of the old downtown of Valencia. There are a couple grocery stores with in a 5 minute walk. We were lucky and found free parking in the street in front of the Hotel.
