"Not worth it"
The apartment was not very clean. When we got there, there was no hot water, the 2 tvs didn't work as expected (one shut off by itself and the other would not turn on) the microwave didn't work too,the wi-fi was awful, the washer didn't work, they advertised that they have a dvd player but it doesn't even play dvds(only cds), and worst of all, there was no amenities in the room...NOTHING! And this is an expensive hotel. I've been to more affordable hotels and even there, there was amenities (like tooth brush, shower cap, shampoo, cotton buds, razors). Somerset had NOTHING ready for us.The only thing good was the view from the room. For us, this hotel is not worth the money. We didn't felt comfortable in any way. I hated it and l will definitely not go back.
"suitable for more than 2 person staying"

"Great place to stay"
Great apartemen with humblee staff and also near to going anywhere. Nice place also to meet up with friends, room was big enough for having quality time with friend or relative. Security was good enough including reception to make sure if We have guest coming.
"A good hotel with friendly staffs that good for locals"
We stayed there for 2 weeks with 2 young kids. It is quite good hotel with quite convenience and friendly English speaking staffs and very nice swimming pool. This hotel location is not easy to find; we got lost in narrow streets following GPS for an hour. What trouble some was I had to check and fill a long list of few pages of room's home appliance incld. how many curtains, hangers, paintings, cooking tools, phones, beds, towels, etc they provided in room otherwise they would consider I stole something if missing and not signed and checked! (been anywhere in serviced-apartment around the world never had this troubling). Staffs were friendly; esp. the "Eggman" Mr. Asep; whom always greed us well and worked so hard to serve everybody with smile and memorizing what customers favourite choice of egg and waffles. He was cooking and running everywhere to deliver the plates to each table and he would apologize if he couldn't serve us to the table or we had to wait as too many guests in line. Sometimes he was too nice that bringing eggs or waffles without our request and we had trouble to finish them, but my kids and me like him very much and he made good eggs and waffles. A hotel staff was so nice that even babysit patiently a chatty boy who was disturbing other guests in the pool while the mother was too ignorant. I am very pleased with the service and proud of Indonesian hospitality to show to my French children. The restaurant's foods were not good esp. western foods; pastas were too hard, bolognaise sauce was too sweet, others were so-so; I suggest to order Indonesian foods which taste good but not western foods. Breakfast choices were not much; Indonesian foods and some breads. fruits, cakes and cereals; cheedar cheese tasted cheap and bad, pain au chocolate was not good, no yogurt and no fresh fruit juices. Often not enough cups or bowls or spoons, esp. during weekend could be a hectic with too many guests for breakfast; it was a chaos, no seats, not enough plates/cups/spoons, a mess.. staffs panic running everywhere unorganized. Certainly need to manage the restaurant better. Room is smaller than as I picture from website, but it was clean and convenient (complete with washing machine, iron board, oven, friedge, hot water with coffee and tea). Too bad no place to hang to dry clothes. A few things were out of service, such as bedside light, phone and stove (engineers came to repair). No amenities and no hairdryer in rooms, only by request. No "Do not disturb"or "Clean my room"sign. The housekeeping replaced a wrong shampoo/body wash into a full hand wash though I requested to refill the shampoo in the shower. A few pillows were not comfortable with plastics in them but beds were comfortable and clean. There was an ATM Bersama (means join different banks in one ATM) and a convenient store selling snacks and medicines which very helpful. Hotel's nearest malls were Gandaria City Mall and Plaza Senayan; only about 10 mins to Gandaria. Taxis were easy to be ordered. Overall, it is a quite good, I might say, 3-star hotel with very nice pool but best for locals standard.
