"Great hotel stay "
Great hotel. Rooms are very well appointed and location is walking distance to a wide variety of local restaurants. The on site restaurant has great food too with a happy hour and a beautiful view from the 8th floor deck.
"High School Reunion"
We were greeted by the bell men and front desk clerks in the lobby upon arrival and everyone was super friendly. We had questions about our high school reunion plans when Mari Carmen greeted us and was really helpful, accommodating and professional. Our room was great! Highly recommend the bay view. Convenient location, comfortable room. I would stay there again.
"Great hotel, great location"
I stayed at the Sonesta in the Grove this past weekend and it surpassed my expectations. The view is amazing, and it couldn't have a better location. But mostly, the people at the front desk went above and beyond, specifically Mari Carmen. She was so nice to me and tried to do all she could to ensure that I had a nice stay. I didn't feel like I was in a hotel, more like a guest in her home. Do not hesitate to stay at this gem of a place.

This stay at Sonesta was incredible. I felt very taken care of especially with being there for a three day intensive weekend full of business training and activities, I knew that the hotel would need to step up for me to really be able to soak it all in and get the most of the experience. And they did! Especially Frank and his event team at the hotel. They went out of their way and make me feel like an absolute queen! Which is always great considering my belief that a woman should be treated exactly in that high respect honour. Would recommend to all my entrepreneurs for their live events, all my people who want to ha e a stunning hotel located right by the sailing club and especially someone who wants some luxury when they are away from their home and yet doesn't feel the need to spend thousands of dollars and yet wants that experience to feel like it's been worth much more! "Great Valet service"
The valet Nick went above and beyond expectations when my rental car had a flat tire. He offered to change my tire to ensure I had time to make it to the beach on my first day on a short trip. I was so impressed! The car rental company sent someone to change the tire, but the offer by Nick was perfect when everything seemed to be going terribly. The day and the stay turned out great. Thank you Nick for the positive attitude and kind offer.
