"Great location at competitive fares"
I was there with my family for 3 nights. From the very beginning the staff were helpful and kind. The room was more than enough size (hosted in the new refurbished building in front of the reception one) and the breakfast good. But the best is its location. 3min walking to Fontana, 5 to Piazza dEspagna and less than 10 to Panteon. Just amazing!!!
"Fantastic Location and Friendly Staff in the middle of Rome"
We recently spent 6 nights at this hotel (3 of us in the one room - one queen bed and a single bed). The first thing is the proximity of the hotel to all the major sites. We walked everywhere (Coliseum/Trevi/Pantheon etc) except to Vatican City which is 2 stations away on the underground. It also surrounded by great cafes and restaurants (check out That's Amore) and amazing cobblestone alley ways to go meandering down. The staff are really helpful, I have to send a special shout out to Matteo who was incredibly friendly and answered all our questions (gave us maps and directions), and then came up with great recommendations for affordable dining. There are only 5 floors in the building we stayed in and only 2 rooms per floor so it is not a busy place which has it advantages. The room we stayed in was pleasant and the bathroom clean, unfortunately it was a little bit on the small side for 3 people and lacked decent wardrobe space. They are cleaned daily and I found the price of the room to be good value when considering the amazing location. Don't panic when you first arrive because it doesn't look like a hotel, more like a small apartment block. Its a great place to stay if you want to see Rome by foot because its all on your doorstep.
"Lovely hotel in the Heart of Rome"
We have just stayed at this hotel for 5 days. It is located 2 minutes walk from the Spainish Steps and 4 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. The Hotel was lovely, and had a unique twist were the hotel is split into 2 builds which we never had a problem with. The hotel is also beside a wonderful little restaurant which is very reasonable. The hotel was always clean with house keeping calling every day. The staff had a polite manner and very good English.
"Nice hotel in the center of ROme"
I've been in this Hotel in Rome with my wife and we choose this hotel for the strategic position (5 min by walk to Trevi and to MEtro piazza Barberini) and reasonable price. With the space available (not so much), I think they did maximum what they could do. Room are a bit small but cleaned. Bathroom is ok and cleaning service also. Personnel is always available to help or clarify any issue/concern.
"Stay Elsewhere "
This hotel has no right claiming 4 stars. The first thing they fail to mention on the website is how not all of the rooms are located in the main building. We were sent to a room in an old building across the street, nothing boutique about that. The walls are paper thin so don't expect to get much rest as you hear every door slam, toilet flush, and dish washing from the terrible breakfast buffet. If you don't have the breakfast included, don't waste your money on it. The same lady who just cleaned the bathroom of a guest room comes out to make your coffee. That is, if you're lucky enough to get your room cleaned. We needed 15 minutes before leaving the room one day, but housekeeping said they couldn't wait (this was before 12pm). Also, make sure you bring all your toiletries since none are provided, something that does not represent a 4 star or boutique hotel. Lastly, not sure where the art is, unless you consider all the filth on the walls as captured in the pic. Only pro here is the location, but there are plenty more hotels in the same area you can choose from.
