The resort is just a short drive away from the Ubud Art Village, a prominent centre for fine arts, dance and music that allures art collectors from around the globe. Journey to the Pura Besakih Temple, the largest of the island's 11,000 Hindu temples or stroll through the Pacifica Art Museum, showcasing one of Asia’s most unique collections. Premier Bali destinations, Bali activities and activities in Nusa Dua are just moments away.
The St Regis Bali does not disappoint. You are welcomed with a flower at the front gate and your check in is smooth with complimentary drinks. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The lobby is stunning and entering your room after a long journey to find perfection is a welcome sight. With each room getting a butler available 24/7 to cater to your every need you know you in for a treat. Complimentary garment pressing, warm drinks and fruit baskets to your room as standard you can relax knowing everything has been thought of to make your stay exceptional. The breakfast is certainly a treat and above regular 5 star hotel fare. Monica did more than serve and explain the outstanding menu choices and I look forward to her friendly chatter and insight into Bali attractions. The spa although expensive if exceptional quality offering unique bespoke treatments. The setting of the spa is a treat for the eyes and an indulgence well worth every penny with delicious drinks and superb therapists. With every aspect exceeding expectations at this hotel you are in for a treat at the beach. Great beach, clear waters and once again beach staff who make sure your every whim is catered too. The sun loungers are comfortable with cold water, cold towels and refreshing fruit served complimentary. This is my second day in Bali at the St Regis and I am blown away by this great hotel. I was a little sick this morning but Monica at breakfast made sure I ate some food to help me recover and on my way down to the beach the staff inquired how I felt and how they could assist me. As I lay on my lounger and gaze at the beautiful ocean with not a care in the world..... I smile knowing this is going to be a great vacation and it's only day 2. Ps. I am terrible with names but every staff member knew mine ....Thank you St Regis I doubt it can get any better but I can't wait to see what's next
"A standout experience "
St Regis stands for signature experiences and quality, and this resort does not disappoint. From your greeting in the stunning open air lobby with live local music to the impeccable grounds and amenities, the St Regis experience is evident. With large, meandering pools, comfortable covered pool lounges, multiple restaurants and bars, the resort never feels crowded. Service is always friendly and the answer always manages to be "yes". Rooms are large with beautiful wood trim and carved furniture. The beds are plush and comfortable and the bathrooms are large and full of amenities. The walk in closets include padded hangers and plenty of storage space. Truly a memorable experience, splurge on the lagoon swim out room if you can. With a sizable private pool, covered outside lounge along with two movable loungers and enough room to have lunch for 5 served on your patio, you won't want to go home. My only advice is to avoid these rooms (108, 109, 208, 209, 308, 309) as they are opposite a service corridor with a slamming door that you will hear in your room.
"The best resort in Bali! "
Hello world) what I want to say about this awesome place - it's great experience for me, like in 5 stars hotel. The most important thing is that all stuff works as a huge single mechanism. Everyone knows what to do, how and when. There was no such situation which could not be solved! 🎉 We were very specific and difficult clients, and the hotel did a very good job. Their management is great and extremely friendly)) 👻🍾 a special hello to Olga! Many thanks to our butler Alit, he was with us 24 hours during our staying (2 weeks). And never told us that he was tired or something else. He is very smart and friendly 👍 Also big thanks for his colleague Pram, he took care about our friends next door🎉 Hope to see you soon St.Regis ❤
"Great Family Holiday during xmas timeframe"
We stayed at the St. Regis for 4 nights and had one of the best times ever. The hotel and rooms are great. Property is beautiful and staff is amazing. They attended to any and all needs. Just an amazing time.
"This place is absurd in a good way"
My wife and I had a 5 night stay here on our honeymoon and loved it! This hotel has over the top absurdity in facilities, service, and entertainment that makes a truly memorable stay. To start, the check in lobby is epic, photos don't do it justice. When my wife and I arrived we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Royal Orchid suite, which is 2500 sq ft and has 1.5 baths. Within the room, everything oozed of top quality and attention to detail, and its safe to say that despite having stayed at many five star hotels this place really takes the cake. Our balcony was probably a good 800 sq ft or so and had an ocean view. There is 24 hour butler service, which includes free coffee, and free garment pressing. Our room was stocked with plenty of bottled water and even a bottle of champagne. Other facilities included 2 pools (1 of which is salt lagoon), a beach bar, and plenty of beachside lounging facilities with the typical over the top service. The resort helpfully includes a golf cart in case walking the 200 or so yards to the beach is too difficult (serious-when my wife and I said we would walk they looked at us funny). The service here doesn't miss a beat...towels are laid out quickly on the beach, doors are opened, and needs are attended to. The breakfast buffet continues the St Regis absurdity. Options include caviar and eggs, foie gras and eggs, wagyu sirloin and eggs. It was nice to eat foie gras every day for most of the week and it was a good reminder of what I'm missing when I'm at home. The food is great overall...restaurants like Kayaputi should be reviewed separately, but needless to say no disappointments here. Everything at the St Regis is generally expensive, so be aware of that if you're on a budget, but otherwise have fun, and enjoy the absurdity.
