We had a pleasure time there we bought a package everything was included .this hotel has a balcony face to sea and everyday when you will go for breakfat you will see the birds around .their hospitality was best and they have big garden you can enjoy
This is a renovated hotel. The lobby & entrances need renovations. The room is small but the view is panoramic. It was expensive to get this view. Breakfast is excellent. Overall the hotel is nice but old
The hotel is very nice and location is quiet. The view is another magic story. The staff is very friendly and helpful smiling. The bad point is that I asked them to remove Alcoholic bottles from the room but the requested extra charge and the insurance payment is too much. The breakfast is very good but not many choices. Every day similar.
We stayed in a corner executive room for 1 week with a lovely view of the bosphorus. There were a few minor negative points which are worth mentioning. First, the breakfast that was booked with our room was on the 17th floor executive lounge, not the main breakfast restaurant below the lobby. We didnt know this, and if you wanted a complete and fulfilling breakfast you would be charged extra, i.e. half price. Breakfast on the 17th floor was simple but acceptable. About one fourth of that available at the main breakfast hall was available there. But even at the main breakfast area, the hotel was very crowded and staff were overwhelmed. Cups, orange juice, and milk was almost always finished and often not replenished in time, causing one to ask directly from the staff. However they did a very good job concerning their being overwhelmed. Room service was expensive but very good. Housekeeping was fantastic. One exceptional and very interesting point for this hotel pertains to the toilet. The toilet had a special built-in bidet specific I believe only to Turkey where people are muslims and toilet paper alone is not used, and which works remarkably well! With a simple push of a button, a long rod protrudes forward spraying high pressure water similar to a bidet from the back of the toilet bowl and then simply retracts back in place whenever desired. Excellent innovation👍. The view from the executive lounge on the 17th floor was lovely, and seagulls would stand adjacent to you on the balcony ledge. Cafe swiss had excellent dinner. At 230 euros a night, I believe the price was acceptable for this hotel with it's spectacular view. The tilt open window was a nice option. The fitness room was huge, and the pool was a bit cold but nevertheless very clean. All in all we were totally satisfied with our stay here and hope to come back again. Toilet amenities by the way were excellent. The pillows were the best, the bed comfort mediocre.
"top 10 places to stay in Istanbul"
For sure it is not a BEST hotel in town. But to me personally top 10. Location is very good in a quiet hill overlooking Bosphorus. Breakfast offers wide choice of meals. Hotel is not very new and I would love to see it a bit renovated. Price is reasonable.
