"Grandeur and Oppulence"
Nothing to complain about... perfect end to my first trip to India. Service was very good, amenities and facilities were great. Dining at the Orient Express was awesome! It is a bit far from New Delhi "proper" but close to the airport. The benefit of the location is that it insulates you from the madness of New Delhi.
"Nice hotel, quiet location"
Service is very good here. Rooms are big and bed is very comfortable, in fact best sleep I have had in a long time. Lots of bottled water supplies and staff are excellent. Breakfast is buffet and choice is good and again although very busy, service standard is high. Seems to be in a good location as wherever I needed to be was easy to get to in the usual chaotic road scenes of India. Lovely big swimming pool. Conference facilities were very good too.
This hotel is of a very high standard, but a long way from the airport if travelling on. It has all the facilities you would expect of a high class hotel. The only things that let it down from giving it 5 star were. On our first night the bath was chipped, and on our return the plug system did not work. Late at night after travelling this is not what you want. The front desk staff seem to be at full stretch. Would however stay there again. The nearby market up the Janpath is worth a visit, and felt perfectly safe
"Another good experience"
We are regular visitors. The suite that we were offered was very comfortable and the Taj Palace is very service oriented and the staff are very professional. The food is competent but could be better for a five star hotel.
This hotel was amazing food, staff service cleanliness best hotel by far that we stayed in.Nothing was a trouble,Different restaurants in hotel all excellent.Would highly recommend anyone to stay there.
