"Almost a Great Trip"
Everything was going great on my trip - servers in the restaurant were awesome. There was a mix up at checkout however where I was charged for valet that was already paid for and the guy was super rude
"Lovely, unique property. But not a boutique hotel."
Stayed here for a couple nights prior to an Alaskan cruise. It was a base from which to explore a Seattle as a tourist. Kind and helpful staff had recommendations on local restaurants. Received an upgraded room which was compact but nicely appointed. The dark wood and seafaring theme was consistent in the design, the hotel felt a bit dark and dated. Restaurant adjacent service breakfast was forgettable. Not bad, not good, just there. Order messed up twice. Waiters were uncooperative when I went down to ask for a to go coffee in advance of using my breakfast coupons. Location is central.
"Awesome place "
Super clean. Great rooms and views. Close to all bus lines and many pubs and restaurants. We stayed on the 9th floor and really enjoyed this place a lot. Would recommend when coming to Seattle the JUNO restaurant below is also fun and great food.
My wife and I had a one night stay at Arctic Club and we were very happy with our stay. Boutique type of room and staff was super friendly. Stayed on the 10th floor and very quiet. Bartender (Shawn) at Juno was over the top. Overall very pleased. Surpassed expectations.
"Travel to Seattle frequently- First time stay not the last"
Stayed at property 3 nights. First night took a little to get used to, and by time I departed thought this may be my new go to hotel while staying in Seattle. I've stayed at almost all the major flagged hotels, and enjoyed the old school charm of this one.
