My wife and I along with our daughter and son-in-law, recently stayed here and received amazing service from the time we arrived to the time we checked out. Nothing was to much for the staff, and we were treated like royalty. Once in a lifetime experience, and well worth it.
If you are staying in London and looking for a genuine '5 Star' experience, look no further. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are beautiful, and the food etc. is first class. I can't recommend The Berkeley enough!
Great weekend away from home eating out, Marcus restaurant did not disappoint. High quality products served beautifully with great service. They also have a interesting wine list with great variation.
"Not worth for money"
Have stayed at the Berkeley last weekend of January for the experience, have booked superior room for anniversary with the idea of a slight upgrade Of course as per usual answer at the check in was told that hotel is fully booked ( however on the system loads of rooms and different categories showed available).... Anyway ... room was bright, amenities were lovely staff professional would stay again ''' Not for 319 pounds There are better places to stay for this price. Late checkout ''' ;) forget it hotel full Breakfast price was over the roof could had dinner for to in Mayfair Not staying again - thank you
I stayed here for one night (theatre break) with a friend. The service was very good & welcoming. Our room was great, even had access to a rather spacious balcony so perfect for smokers. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with a fabulous walk in shower & a great bath. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. The only reason I have awarded 5 stars is because I asked for the waiter to check if the hash browns were gluten free but he never returned. I don't expect that from a hotel of this caliber. That aside.....great hotel
