The Cromwell is centrally located on the corner of Flamingo and the Las Vegas Strip, and across from the iconic Caesars Palace and The Forum shops.
"Pass this one by on the strip"
This is the ultimate no-frills hotel trying to be a boutique destination. If having no amenities is your thing than this is the place for you. One very expensive dining establishment, they boast of coffee machines on two floors (out of order on one floor). Evening turn down service, we never received, even after mentioning it to the manager. A hotel car to take you to the airport or within 2 miles of the hotel, never available. Staff is very nice but at these prices I want much more. I guess bigger really is better !!!!
"Clean and friendly"
We walked through the Cromwell while looking for a $5 blackjack table, which we found. We had two fun & friendly dealers, as well as an attentive cocktail waitress. The casino was clean and welcoming, and I would certainly go back.
"Visit to the Cromwell."
Great experience we were just walking the strip one night and decided to check the place out. Place was phenomenally clean and had a very classy feel to it. Definitely want to come back here and have breakfast at Giada's.
"Best little hotel in Vegas"
The Cromwell is a small hotel that offers the personal touches that only a small hotel can. Has all the amenities of a larger hotel with that personal touch. The free coffee machine on your floor is a great way to have a cup of coffee while getting ready without having to venture any further than the elevator. Great location in the center of the strip so you're close to anyplace you venture out to.
"Small Sometimes Better"
This hotel on the Strip is a welcome relief from the mega-resorts if you are tired of the mass of humanity you confront at those behemoths. The Cromwell may be downsized, but it offers what you need in Vegas--a good room with a good bathroom (although the room is too dark), a fun casino, a bar specializing in craft cocktails and a pretty darn good restaurant in Giada. And step out aside and you are close to those mega-resorts. The employees here were very friendly and helpful during a three night stay. And we mean all the employees. Some fellow guests say they ran into noise trouble because of the blare of music from the downstairs nightclub so you might want to check that out before booking a room. Giada serves breakfast so need to leave the property caffeine deprived and stumbling down the Strip. There is also really great coffee machines on a couple of the floors, featuring lattes and cappuccinos Excellent idea and great coffee. The party may be louder at the big casino/hotels but The Cromwell still delivers on the Vegas buzz.
