The Cromwell is centrally located on the corner of Flamingo and the Las Vegas Strip, and across from the iconic Caesars Palace and The Forum shops.
"Room looked like a strip club"
Not a family place to stay at as far as the room is concerned. Never used any other services there. Casino was not that great either with not a lot of people. housing services were great. Male staff at concierge not very friendly.
"Nice accommodation "
Stayed here for three nights on tail end of husband's business trip. Very convenient location across from Caesar's Palace and located between Flamingo & Bally's. Its just a quick short walk to Linq & High Roller. Room is comfortable and clean. The room is very dark...some like me may see this as a romantic setting...others may see it as a drawback. The room setting is very romantic with tufted leather & velvet furnishings, and a comfortable bed. Bathroom is lovely albeit a little small. Shower with both a rain head and a wand for your preference. Service was great. Everything was clean. Only drawback is noise level. We were on 5th floor so no casino or club noise, but you could hear fairly loudly conversations and movement in nearby rooms as well as traffic noise. Wasn't a deal breaker for us as we were able to sleep well. If you want the convenience of Caesars with a smaller scale accommodation this is a good bet. Also thought for what we paid, a good value!
"Best secret in Vegas"
I love to go to Vegas, and I typically stay at at most of the larger hotels. The last 2 stays I have chosen the Cromwell, not only due to it's location but I love the size of the hotel. The staff is amazing, as is the rooms! Housekeeping is excellent, the beds so comfy, not to mention the free coffee/hot chocolate/tea etc machines. If you like luxury, super cool and trendy rooms, the ability to walk to your room and it doesn't take you a long time, this is the place!
We recently spent 4 nights at this Ceasers property. Arguably their best hotel in Vegas. Check in was fast and efficient because it is a very small hotel. The staff seemed truly happy you were staying with them. Ashley was very pleasent and helpful. Our suite (Boulevard) was very well appointed and comfortable. The true star of the room was the huge steam shower. The room had a good view of Las Vegas Boulevard. Rooms service was fast and the food was excellent. Housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient. The Casino had a good mix of slots, as well as table games. It was just the right size. You could find your spouse without walking a mile. I never went for more than 5 minutes without a beverage server asking if I would like a drink. All the servers were effecient and very pleasent. They really seemed to enjoy their work. Bound is a wonder place to enjoy a cocktail. Elaine at bound was a joy to meet. The bartenders made the best Blood and Sand I have ever tasted. We dined at Giada three times. Each meal was excellent. The Tuscan Ribye was a feast. I was lucky enough to have a hand pay on a slot, and the slot attendant's were very pleasent and fast. We were very impressed with The Cromwell and we are excited to return soon. P.S. the coffee on the 5th and 7th floors is extremely good.
"Felt like Queens"
Upon Check in we were treated with enthusiasm about staying with them. We received a free upgrade. We received in room breakfast served up to us from a very nice waiter. Breakfast in bed was soooooo amazing. We Love the Cromwell and will stay here every time we get a chance. The rooms are clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, the service is awesome, and our stay is always enjoyable. We feel special every time we stay here. Treat your self to The Cromwell, as it is a treat to stay here!
