"Excellent hotel with superb standards"
We did a last minute booking, (5 minutes before we arrived) This was due to checking out of a hotel we had booked which wasn't up to standard. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They were kind enough to give us an upgraded room, which was very appreciated. The hotel was spotless, Breakfast & room service was excellent. We would like to say a very special thanks to the concierge manager Abhishake Jhamb for all his help, nothing was ever a problem & he made us feel really welcome. We would not think twice about staying at the Lalit again.

The staff so so rude and when i asked to cancel 2 days because i have cousin die in London and must to cancel so i paid 4 days while i stayed 3 days and they do not want me leave until i paid for the 5th days.. so bad bed and pillow

Thank you to the entire team at the Lalit, New Delhi, and specifically anurag chauhan and the 20th floor lounge crew for the exceptional service! I accidentally booked our final night in India at the Lalit for the wrong month, and anurag was so helpful and found a way to accommodate us. Anurag and the whole team turned what could have been a stressful nightmare into a blissful final night in India, and made us feel so warmly cared for and welcomed. Thank you Lalit!
"A World Class Service Found at The LaLit, New Delhi"
A beautiful hotel. Love the exterior! When you came into the hotel, you will find a grand sized lobby with beautiful interior design. I love it at first sight. Unfortunately the feeling changed when I checked in, the receptionist questioned about my payment. Everytime I booked hotel from Agoda, I always do advance payment. They didn't know about that. I have also showed the proof from my Agoda apps on my phone, and email mentioned that payment has been made. They still questioned that. They needed about 10 minutes to finally let me check in. I was very mad. I wrote an email to Mr. Vivek, General Manager and he responded me within 5 minutes. He got all his dept of head to make sure I will enjoy my stay and comfortable in all aspects. One hour later, when I came down to the lobby, Mr. Kishor, Executive Assistant Manager introduced himself and asked if everything is okay. The Assistant Front Office Manager also came to me and talk to me. Everything turned to be almost perfect, except the key card that made me come to The Front Office for couple of times as couldn't access the lift. The next day I went to the Coffee Shop, 24/7, and team are phenomenal! Vikas, the Assistant F&B Manager is super friendly. I saw him bended to talk to guest on wheelchair, really feel good to see that. He even came back to my table and apologized for what happened to me upon check in yesterday. Samel, the Restaurant Manager has also been incredible, he makes sure I enjoyed my breakfast. When he knew I love Peanut Butter so much, he sent one jar of Peanut Butter to my room. Loksha, the waiter, has also impressed me. I shared some motivational advices to him and I can see that he really has goal in his career, and he loves The LaLit so much. Other staffs were also amazing, for example, I was opening the sugar sachet to pour it into my coffee then suddenly a waiter gave me the tea spoon! What an experience! Food is great, love the Indian breakfast, especially dosa! Facilities are good too! I love the swimming pool, beautiful, but the net above the pool is kind of disturbing. The Changing Room is great, I can just enjoy my quality time there. Not using the gym as I have my Fitness First membership worldwide. But I met Aimeer the Personal Trainer, he explained one machine to me and finally I bought that machine in Jakarta for my company! Kitty Su, the night Club is quite boring. I went there on my first night and it's Friday, but only found like less than 20 people at 12 midnight, then I came back to my room and sleep! I will definitely come back to The LaLit anytime I am in New Delhi for summer visit. The world class of service given by The LaLit Delhi has been missed in some other 5 stars hotel in other big cities. Thanks again to Mr. Kishor for changing my room with nice view on my 2nd night stay and arranging a bouquet, fruits, and chocolate as the service recovery. Appreciate it much! Love The LaLit and definitely will recommend it to some colleagues. David
"Perfect roof-pool sunset"
The LaLiT was lovely - there were 2 extremely standout employees who helped make my and my family's stay extra special. The rooms and facilities were excellent, breakfast delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the sunset from the pool. The internet was free for one hour per day, and you could easily walk to CP. We had a very lovely stay here.
