"Great Value - amazing rooms"
Room: Amazingly huge rooms, complete with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom is also a sight to behold in size! The basic room is perfect for families. The hotel itself isn't very noisy/busy. Service: Everyone was really helpful/friendly despite the size of the hotel. Check-in was smooth and took only 10 minutes. Location: it is a little out of the way, and considering it is an older property, it is a good 20 minute ride from The Venetian, Galaxy etc. Was slightly more difficult to get taxis, a good 15 minute wait at the hotel taxi line. Good convenient store round the corner and a few food places. As a whole, the Landmark is a great place to stay even if it is an older hotel. Amazing value.
"Friendly hotel, good value"
Landmark is a 3.5 star kind of hotel but it's nice and clean. The staff are friendly and it was very pleasant to stay there. Rooms are half the price of nearby Wynn or other luxury hotels. The ICBC bank in the same building has ATM and great cash exchange rates. There's casino but it's hidden away and you can easily avoid it. For good value in central Macau, Landmark is a good choice. Taxi drivers only know its Chinese name so have a photo or screen shot of that name (or use Uber).
We were a couple celebrating an anniversary and mentioned this when we booked this hotel. First impression the hotel employees from front desk to bell hop was right on. Great service and easy check in. Our room was large morre like a mini suite. Folded towels shaped like a heart shape swans was on the bed and rose pedals made into a shape of a heart was on the coffee table. Very nice touch. An whole anniversary cake was also included at no extra charge. Wow that was nice. The King size bed was very comfortable with four pillows. The bathroom was huge with double sink, separate shower and tub. In the fridge was 2 cans of Coke, 2 bottled water and 2 cans of beer at no extra cost. A/C work really well. Large double sliding door closet and pairs of slippers. Would stay here again next time.
"worth the money"
Once we reached Macau ferry terminal,we took a free shuttle bus to the hotel. The hotel room was big! even the bathroom was bigger than the hotel i stayed at hong kong. The location is good.It is about 20 minutes walk to the Ruin of St paul.
The price for an upgraded room was great and the room was so beautiful and big! The bed was a bit too hard as usual in Asia. The area was great, lots of things to see and do within walking distance! Glad we weren't on the Cotai strip. Would stay here again!
