The hotel is a 45 minutes drive from Airport, and is easily accessible by National Highway 8. The Hotel Complex is also connected to the Metro line.

Great food!!! Great hospitality!! Had a great time at cafe knosh!!! Very helpful staff!! Great menu for brunch!! Mr rahul was very helpful with everything, be it the menu or the tables. A value for money restaurant!! Had a family lunch of about 50 people where everyone enjoyed
Stayed here on business for a couple of days. Barring the location and catchment around, the property itself is pretty good, though it’s not the same Leela experience one is used to. A big problem is access to one of the wings requires changing the lift on a particular floor, which is quite inconvenient. Food is also very average.
Great place, the guys of concierge, guest service and Cafe Knosh are the best. You can enjoy a peaceful place away from traffic, noise and pollution, they also offer Taj Mahal tours. If I have to go back to New Delhi I will stay there for sure.
"Very bad guest treatment"
Many failings in customer service: Reception tried to charge us a different rate at check-out than was shown at check-in. When we told them about it, they argued and argued and argued, and only when they saw that we weren’t backing down, they checked their records and found out that we were right. Concierge handled our tour bookings even worse. They would say anything to sell a tour package, but when time came to deliver, it would be “this is not included in the price” (but of course not mentioned anywhere), “this is not possible”, “this is not done this way”. And only after a lot of wasted time of talking and arguing, would hotel administration agree to something close to what was originally promised. Multiple occasions of this. And every time, it was only close to original, not the actual original, and always only after a lot of arguing. Apart from that, regarding the quality of the offered tour services: one guide would not come with us to all the attractions, instead he said “you go this way and then that way, I will wait here for you”! And, most importantly, the driver that the hotel gave us for a trip to Agra was falling asleep at the wheel! Someone might say that the tour services are not the hotel's thing, but these were booked and paid at the hotel, the concierge was pushing for the sale, they were their responsibility. But what is very crucial, is the hotel administration’s treatment of the problems. After all their failings, after all the problems (already proved to be their fault), when we approached them with a new problem (another one they caused), they should have bent over backwards to correct it, before we even asked (we were guests they had already mistreated many times and they knew it). Instead, they treated us with annoyance and disdain, like it was our fault we had all these problems! Really terrible attitude!
"Amazing hotel, fabulous convention centre and great facilities"
The rooms are spacious and luxurious. Good convention centre with one of the best A/V facility. Huge ball room with good acoustics. Food is their minus point. Not great. Especially when you are in Delhi, north Indian food should not go wrong!!!But overall a fabulous luxury hotel.
