Great hotel for business travellers. Excellent Afghan BBQ restaurant that serves fantastic food. Rooms are very comfortable and the staff friendly. Great bar and a lovely seating area outside to while away the evening.
Excellent food with great varieties. Had a great time there. We went there with family and it was a memorable experience. The staff was friendly and service excellent. I would recommend my friends and business associates to visit there.
"the south Indian food pulled me here"
The Hotel is located in a lovely green pool ..lush greenery and friendly staff with amazing food are the positives this place has , on check out had left my track pant behind and for the first time got my stuff back the next time i checked in ..thanks guys , the Rooms a a bit confusing in terms of design quality , they have tried to fuse Indian with the contemporary look but not been able to achieve the desired effect ,are a bit stuffy if you are to work from the room , great outdoor space , its worth staying there again and again just for the love of food
"Brilliant! Can't wait to come back"
Right from the checkin to rooms, food to service, ambience to hospitality, I would rate them excellent. The hotel is so worth it. I had one of the memorable experiences of staying here. Located right next to the metro station, the hotel offers great pool side dining. I was here during the christmas time so the well decorated for the festival. Did not get time to experience the spa but would the rate 5 stars for the food. Cant wait to come back.
"Great food, great service, great stay!"
I stayed at The Leela on business travel last July 2015 (so this review is a bit late, I know) and I have nothing but great memories of my stay in this hotel. The room I stayed in had a view of the city, and it was very comfortable. It was quite spacious, and amenities were complete. What really stood out for me, though, was the service quality of the hotel staff. Everyone was very courteous, and response time was very fast! The people from housekeeping were very nice and proactive. Much thanks to Patil (the housekeeping supervisor) and his room boy, Rajendra, for ensuring that I had everything I needed. Kudos to you both! The food was also fantastic - regardless of what cuisine I chose. Breakfast and lunch buffets were delicious, and I have to say, it is because of The Leela that my standards for Indian food are now VERY HIGH. Food and drinks were very pricey, but given the quality, I felt that I was getting my money's worth. Whether it was their main restaurant at the ground floor, the lounge/cafe at the lobby, their Italian/French restaurant, the poolside bar, or dishes served through private dining, I enjoyed all of my meals very much! My friends from India have been telling me that The Leela is one of the oldest hotels in the city, but for me, it speaks of timeless class and elegance that not all hotels are able to provide in this day and age. I am very thankful to the hotel staff for making my stay a great one! :-)
