"Would be 5/5 but smelly room made it 3/5"

The room would have been perfect but smelled damp and moldy. The AC just could not keep up. Beds, however, are some of the most comfortable I have slept in at a hotel. Service is excellent and friendly. Location is also a plus as 5 minutes from international terminal and 10min from domestic. Pick-ups work like clockwork. Restaurants are good but expensive.

"Fabulous welcome to Mumbai"

I decided to stay at this hotel for one night only and it proved to be a great choice, after a long flight from London. Its location is perfect, only 5mins car ride from the airport. I have arranged a car pick up from the airport and this was very well organised. The hotel itself is a little gem, apparently very popular with local celebrities. The service was impeccable, they really do make you feel like a princess. The room was massive and airy, the bathroom had a shower as well as bath and the view of a newly built train line and station was interesting. Having checked their spa treatments, I booked myself for a relaxing facial and waxing, and I have to say that it was the most thorough waxing I have ever had! (although, that would be a different kind of review ') The therapist was very professional, giving me a helpful advice about my skincare. The gift shops in the hotel were very appealing and I purchased some gifts already on day one. The room service was of a high standard, although, disappointedly, they run out of India wine that I was keen to try. I very much enjoyed massive pool the following day, and as it was an election day, no alcohol drinks were served on premises. This was fine with me, and it was also efficiently communicated by a hotel management to all of their guests by a letter. The only downside was that they charges for the internet connection, something that a 5* hotel should offer free of charge at least to their paying guests.

"Good property with mixed opinions"

The pick up was good. They arrange pick-up and drop in BMW which makes your first impression of the hotel amazing. Hotel entry is also nice. BAD check-in experience. Staff is busy in their own world in gossips and have no concerns about the guests waiting for check-in. The food was amazing the first day. However, the food which I ordered the next day was PATHETIC. They forgot to add salt in Pasta and their was some foul smell coming from the food which they served. The staff also agreed to this but was arguing and was making faces which was unacceptable to me. This made my stay unpleasant. However, the best buffet experience, I have had in Mumbai is Leela. The spread is good and the best appreciating part is their management with a personal touch. Only after drop, the chauffeur is after tip and asks for more tip when you have already given 100 bugs......experienced for the first time, I think Leela should not encourage tips and should train their staff for the same. They charged me for the wifi which was non operational and even after my request they didnt listen to it. After my feedback given to the hotel, they reversed off the charges of wifi and their bad food which is good but if it would have been done during my stay, I would have not gone back with bad memories for this hotel.

excellent range of food example all your meats and seafood a range a few ranges of different buffets Room was awesome on the club floor also have access to the club lounge I was there for 2 weeks getting dental work done in mumbai

"Wouldn't Stay Anywhere Else!"

This is my second time at the Leelah and enjoyed it as much, if not more, as the first time. Room and service excellent. The food at all the restaurants are superb. No need to leave the hotel. The entire staff is most helpful, warm, and courteous and ensures the best care for their guests. They all speak English very well. I really enjoyed my stay once again.
