"Superior Service, Location, and Views"
The hotel executes their mission well: the well-heeled business traveler will enjoy their stay. The rooms are all-suite, which means good size by any standard. The beds are comfortable and the rooms quiet. The staff is attentive and address all your needs. The central location offers easy access to mid-town, while the bar area is a trendy place to grab a drink. The breakfast buffet is first-rate and the gym provides standard cardio and basic free weights.
We were here for a seminar and it could not have been at a better location, close to Times Square and withineasy walking distance from theaters and restaurants. The rooms were huge and were really more like suites than a typical hotel room. We ha a separate livins room and bedroom. The bath was perfect with a shower with two heads. The staff was very helpful with the exception of one doorman who was more interested in taking pictures of visitors in front of the entry thsn calling for a cab. We ended up calling Uber. The wait staff and Breakfast buffett were excellent. Can't wait to return.
"Above and beyond what is expected"
I stayed at the London for the first time during the NYC Marathon. The location was perfect and though they were extremely booked, they went above the level of service that I expected. Rooms are spacious and very beautiful with a sort of lux-retro feeling. The suites allow you to spread out, which is not the norm in NYC hotels. I arrived very earlybthe day of my check in. The room was ready and rather than making me wat until the normal check in time, they offered me an early check in at no extra charge. When I left, I accidentally left behind a valuable item. I called the hotel and spoke with a woman named Yasmin, in house keeping. When the first person couldn't find my item, she sent a second person in to look for it. It was found and she called me three times to let me know it had been recovered and to make arrangements to ship it to me. She worked with absolute careful and dedication. Each individual I encountered who worked there, had the same positive attitude. I will highly recommend this hotel to all my friends heading to NYC, it was a great treat and surprise to find such beautiful rooms and great customer service,
"Very Spacious and Modern"
I did not expect to find a hotel hidden on 54th street next to AVIS but this Swanky NY hotel was a great surprise Our room was super spacious with a sitting area, bedroom and dressing area and then a super long shower area. Our room had 2 shower heads opposite each other. The best part, you could barely hear any of the NYC noise. My biggest complaint when coming to the city. The floors were tiled and the room was very clean. Would come here again. I was here on business with my husband
"Such great customer service!! Will definitely be back"
I was totally happy with this hotel. Upon check in, I was upgraded to a Sky Suite from the best clerk! He was extremely helpful and polite. He should be a valued employee for sure. It was everything I'd hoped it would be for a trip with an old friend I don't see nearly enough. The food and room service was outstanding, the suite was spotless. The view was something out of a movie, with beautiful Central Park in the fall. This hotel is very close to everything in a three block radius. We had tickets to a Broadway show and walking there was a breeze. The London Bar was a nice atmosphere and could even charge our drinks to our room. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
