This is a nice hotel situated in a central location, near to shopping, restaurants, night market and South kowloon. This is a boutique hotel with quite nice and funny decorations, altough in need of renovation, the hotel is becoming quite worn. Our room, a premium one was very small and the bed was the smallest i have ever seen called a double bed.... The upside, location, very friendly staff, good breakfast. The downside, not so fresh room, an odour from the room. Very small bed. The room in need of renovation, fi. A stained ceiling in the bathroom.
"My Favorite Hotel Ever"
I loved staying here. I loved the location, I could walk to Nathan St or the Victoria Ferry in minutes. It was located by some super cool restaurants and bars. But most importantly was the staff, I have never felt so well taken care of by any hotel staff ever. The front desk was flawless in everything they did for me, the concierge was perfect about setting things up for me. Housekeeping was immaculate when it came to taking care of my room. The breakfast buffet was amazing, for some reason it was free for me while others, but not all, had to pay. The buffet was actually a little over the top. There is no breakfast item they did not have and some items I rarely ever have seen at a breakfast buffet. If you lined up all the buffet tables up in a straight line it must have been 30-40 feet of pure food. Cheese and crackers, sausage, baked beans, bacon and eggs, salmon, fruit, numerous drinks, oatmeals, yogurts, the list goes on and on, it was crazy. The hotel itself is quirky, and I like that, its very unusual in decoration and design. Its hard if not impossible to describe. You just have to see it. If I am ever in Hong Kong again, this is where I am staying. I cannot give this hotel, or that buffet, or the staff a higher recommendation.
"Could be better for price charged."
-Size of the room was small for 2 persons, no place where to put luggage and unpack. They said we have got upgraded room, wondering how the booked one would look. Shower with curtain in 21st century' really' No working ventilation in bathroom. +Breakfast offer wide and very tasty. Friendly and attentive staff.
Nice hotel located in a good and quiet area close to transportation, restaurants and shops. The rooms are small but nicely decorated and clean. I can enjoy a very nice breakfast, The service is good and the staff friendly,
The hotel is situated in central Kowloon and was a perfect location for us. From the moment we arrived at the Luxe Manor, we were treated like very valued customers by all of the staff. The check in procedure was efficient and stress free. Our room was marginally 'quirky', but that's how it was designed. Bear in mind that this is not part of a huge hotel chain, but (we assume) an independant The hotel knew it was my wife's birthday and shortly after we went to our room, a lovely cake was brought up to us. It was a gesture that was very much appreciated. Breakfast was great. Again the staff there were most attentive and the coffee, tea and breakfast items available were excellent. In short, I'm not sure we'd want for anything else from a hotel in HK and it would be our first choice when we return. Huge thanks to the Luxe Manor for making our stay memorable
