Hotel is well-managed. Reservation was straightforward and easy to book, plus the vast option of preferences in order to customize my stay. Check-in was very pleasant, whereas their employee “Bianca” have thankfully organized my check-in process, gave me an orientation of the room facilities and the premises around, in addition to her continuously kind follow-ups, she was dedicated to maintain a happily satisfied customer, which is what I liked the most in this hotel precisely. In terms of generosity, I liked the lounge that was available for complimentary afternoon tea and confectionaries. Room service was good in cleaning, but needs more attention in refilling toilet amenities. Otherwise, hotel was great and I will definitely be back during my annual visit to UK.

Our room was spacious and very comfortable. My daughter enjoyed the pool in the spa area. Breakfast was very good and varied as well as our diner at the restaurant of the hotel. The hotel was full but the staff at room service managed to serve us quite quickly. All the staff was nice and Adella, the Guest Experience Manager, took good care of us.

Everything was as we were expecting. Service was really good, the place looks very classy, quiet and comfortable. Me and Oren had a great time there and we plan to get back here every chance we get. Alexandru Alter
We booked a standard double at the Montcalm for one night only to visit winter wonderland and the shops. When we arrived we were greeted by the lovely Adella who was so smiley, chatty and wonderfully welcoming. She showed us around the hotel and up to our room. We were both very confused as she showed us into the 'wow suite' and said that she'd arranged a complimentary upgrade for us. This 'room' was incredible! 2 rooms, one as a lounge with a bar, sofa and dining table and the other the actual bedroom which was huge. 2 flat screen TV screens, one you could see from the wonderful bath with speakers in the bathroom too. An amazing jet shower in a seperate room with mood lighting. The main bathroom glass could also dim for privacy or be see through. She also arranged a welcome plate with chocolates and fruit for us, complimentary prosecco on arrival and rose petals on the bed! Also a fruit platter and a booking in the club lounge for breakfast, despite our booking not having included breakfast at all! We were absolutely blown away from the moment we arrived with the outstanding service, we both felt like royalty and just never wanted to leave! An incredibly special stay for us both, amazing room, spotlessly clean and a perfect locaton, all made extra lovely by the wonderful staff. Thankyou all so much for making a short visit to London so very perfect! We will definitely be recommending this hotel and returning again ourselves!
"Seven Stars; superb service"
I stayed at the Montcalm Marble Arch between 28 Nov until 2 Dec.from the check it until check out every thing is so smooth with a big smile from all the staff. We were greeted with proseco and friuts then upgraded to Montclub room. Being in many five stars hotels around the world including Burj Al Arab in Dubai; never seen friendlier and caring staff than Montcalm. Thank you so much for making our visit a pleasurable one. Definitely will be back and highly recommended Osama Ghishan
