I was excited to stay there after seeing the pictures from the hotel and partly it was wery pleasent. Allthough it is descrbed 5 stars they need only to update few small things that dont cost much. There is no coffe or tea machine in the room, why ' There are no tv stations in english. The SPA is free of use for hotel guests FROM 06.00 - 09.00 in the morning othervise you have to pay for use of the facilities. It is unfortunatly the small things that bothers but the good things are of course the real allso, the room is great, the beds are great, te location is great, the staff is helpful and polite, and all over worth to recommend. Will stay again
"Great Old world charm"
this hotel is as central as you can get. Driving to it is very difficult due to streets made for walkers not cars (an unintended deviation down the wrong end of a one way street got us there!) The hotel is great lots of regency decoration and gold (if you want Baltic Modern then stay somewhere else). Staff were helpful and friendly and the assistant who volunteered to take our car to the car park at the rear of the hotel deserves a special mention, the one way system means that this journey covers 30% of the Old Town! Recommend forget the car when here and walk ,we stayed 5 days and never moved it, lots to see and lots of bars restaurants within 5 minutes stroll. our room was a good size and well appointed . We drove a significant way out of our original journey plan to go to Vilnius and it was definitely worth it and so was the hotel.
"Charming hotel in old town of Vilnius"
I had a one night stay at this hotel as part of a business trip. The room was clean and decorated with a classic touch. The hotel has mad an effort to give the rooms a touch of luxury. However, the hotel falls through on two things: 1) the shower head was clogged and the bathroom was large but not exclusive. I felt a bit cold because of the big room despite the hot water. 2) the breakfast buffet was boring, the bacon undercooked, the croissants baked too much. And espresso costs extra. The staff was kind and did an effort to provide me with good service.
"Not 5 star "
Currently staying in this hotel for the next few days. Quite disappointed, room is just way too small. Bathroom very outdated, run down, and dosnt even have shower gel or shampoo. How does it claim to be a 5 star!' Only positive is a nice lobby area and location, but would look for a different 5 star hotel here in future where you can actually move in your room
"Modern Quality With Traditional Charm"
We stayed 5 nights in this property and loved every minute. The hotel is located in the Old Town district on a quiet, smaller street with little auto traffic. It is a short walk from the Grand Duke's Palace and the Cathedral and near many restaurants and coffee bars. Our room was quiet, spacious and extremely comfortable. The staff is terrific and the breakfast very fine. The lounges near the lobby and quite inviting with a good array of aperitifs. Business people and families from many different countries stay here. The Narutis is a gem, a 5-Star property.
