The Palazzo is located in one of the most exciting crossroads of the Strip within walking distance of the main attractions on The Strip.

"Beautiful room, great view--resort has EVERYTHING!"
I stayed here for the Adobe Summit Conference and have to say I was very happy with my room, the grandeur of the hotel and the selection of shops and eateries within! The Palazzo is connected to the Venetian and you can easily walk miles inside! My only negative was at check in--the young girl that checked me in was so soft spoken I could not understand what she was saying!
I stayed in Vegas for 1 night this past weekend and wanted to splurge and decided to stay at The Palazzo. I am really glad I did because this has set the standard for luxury on the strip. I have stayed at many places in Vegas, MGM, Mirage, Planet Hollywood, but they can't touch The Palazzo. Checking in was quick and easy the staff was really kind and explained all of our questions. The basic suite is over 700 sq ft which I completely appreciate I LOVE SPACE and to pay roughly same amount I paid at The Palazzo at example the Mirage for a 300 sq ft room is plain stupid. There was 2 queen beds, a sunken living room with pull out sofa, it was like a mini loft. The bathroom was really nice, but I felt like it could of been bigger ( planet hollywood basic bathroom is HUGE) but still really nice. I NEVER use hotel shampoo and used the White Tea and Rose and LOVED IT, so good. We had champagne at the Laguna Bar and again the staff was really nice and being in the hospitality industry I really take that to heart, especially with a city like Las Vegas who are basically getting people in and out as quick as they came. Quick and efficient and all with a smile. Dinner was at SUSHISAMBA and it was OFF THE WALL!!!!!!! is that even a saying' I don't care, I am making it one. My friend took me to dinner here and everything she ordered was amazing; The peppers, ceviche , octopus, plantains, sea bass and peruvian corn. I could not have asked for a better meal and again quick but not too quick. Also their sake was very tasty. The next morning before we checked out, we had breakfast at the Grand Luxe Cafe, my friend ordered the Huevos Rancheros and she said they were really good. I got the buffet and for being a buffet the mini waffles were crisp and soft and absolutely perfect. The hotel emailed me my bill with option to check out via email... so cool... check out was easy... as it should be. Thank you Palazzo for giving me a great experience and please know no matter how many people are checking into your hotel and many you will never see again, your service does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. I am already planning on coming back for my birthday in June :) Thanks again!
"What a nice hotel."
There isn't anything bad I can say. Stayed in the Bella Suite. Wow. The bed was comfortable and good for sleeping. The bathroom was with separate shower and bath combo awesome. The tub was a deep soaking tub and having two sinks awesome. The food was great. Went to Emerils Table 10 . The steak was soft and juicy and beer selection was great. The Grand Lux, a more economy restaurant, was a great breakfast place. Food was excellent. Being on the north side I also found to be nice. Shopping was very close. "The Fashion Show" mall a few blocks away for the average Joe and Walgreens just downstairs. For upscale shopping the Wynn or the Palazzo mezzanine level or Venice. All fantastic. Cons: Two small things. 1) no plugs on the night stand or USB plugs. 2) No hardwired internet connection on the desk that I could find. Wifi is nice but a hardwire for laptop is typically faster. That was it and was only an small inconvenience. A quick tip, if you are an early riser like me you can go downstairs to the first floor grab a coffee then go to the second level (where the shops are) and find a nice open space to sit quietly and enjoy some coffee before you start your day.
"Best Hotel I have EVER stayed at in Vegas! AWESOME!"
This is the Best Hotel I have EVER stayed at in Vegas! AWESOME! 5 stars! The staff is AMAZING and helpful in every way. Easy check in. They gave us everything I asked for due to it was our Anniversary, for special requests (Like a high up room facing the strip view etc). The bell hop/Luggage staff are so nice and on the spot, the food is fabulous in the rooms. The rooms are so huge its like having your own Apartment. The rooms were immaculate, the baths are huge, 3 tvs in our room and even in the bathroom, views incredible. Eat at the Grand Lux at Palazzo or Venetian it is fabulous for a good price. We had Beef Wellington 2 times and even the Appetizers are wonderful. We didnt want to leave! Simply an Amazing place! LOVE! Theres a Walgreens below (in between Palazzo and Venetian if you forget anything! I think they have 9 Pools! And you can use Venetians poos if you stay at Palazzo as well..We will be back!!! Thank you! :o)
"Good, but not great!"
My husband and I just stayed four nights here for our belated honeymoon. Convenient location, access to shops, Venetian, and strip. The hotel has a beautiful lobby. Spacious suites and extremely comfy bed and pillow. But rooms could use some updating... the furniture was a bit worn and the lighting is too dim in the vanity area. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Lots of surfaces in the room seemed as if they weren't ever wiped down and a large mirror by the desk near the window was dusty. Very skimpy on the toiletries for a luxury hotel... soap, bodywash. All in all, I wasn't completely blown away. I feel like it lacked the luxury experience. The service is sub par. When the check-in gentleman asked what we were in town for we told him our honeymoon and really got no response or warm welcome. It was kind of off. He did give us a partial strip view room because that's "all that was available"...not because we were newlyweds which he could have just said to make us feel like guests instead of saying "because that's what's left". Like we were an afterthought - I had noted ahead of time what time we would be arriving. There was just nothing special to be said about the service. The hotel could also do more for entertainment value... live music maybe' Another lounge' We did have breakfast every morning at Grand Lux and it was good. Lunch was good in the bar. But again, the customer service was weak. Our room had a conjoining door to the room next to us which gets noisy.Mid stay, the room next to us had men fighting and throwing furniture. We even heard glass breaking. Security went to their room but at one point I looked out the peephole and the security guard was turning the handle to our door (not sure why I think he thought the guests in question reserved the two conjoining rooms). I really wanted to love it based off the reviews but was disappointed in our average at best experience. Don't think we will stay here again.
