"Perfect place to stay."
The location is good with a nice view from my room Rooms are spacious comfortable and clean. I will recommend this hotel to my other friends and family members. This is the best hotel in CP. Everyone should visit.
My favourite place to be here. Perfect location, wonderful staff at reception check-in checkout was smooth. Park new delhi has a perfect location to visit. Priyanka and Prashant first point of contact for future help
Stayed here for one night and had a very average experience. The only thing going for this hotel is its location. From a slow check-in to a very ordinary unimaginative buffet lunch and later room service, the hotel lacked good service standards. Common areas, including the restaurants are cramped. There is no rest room on the ground floor so you have to take the elevator one floor up. Rooms are good, but mine had a in-room safe that was last generation and didn't work. A polite request to front desk to fix this was never complied with even after confirmation. A request for turn down service in the evening and to replenish the tea bags didn't happen without reminders. Breakfast was a chaotic affair, though a lot better than the insipid lunch the previous day. Gave a feedback to the management, which hasn't yet evinced a reply... Wouldn't t repeat the stay unless it was the last available option.
The hotel is showing its age at places. According to the map, it is very close to the intl airport, but took us a good 40 min to get here due to traffic. The staff are friendly. There are three restaurants on site: a pastry shop with cold salad buffet, a middle eastern place behind the buffet and another Indian place near the front called Fire. We want to try Fire, but they won't open until 7:30. I had curry pawn for about $12. But the way you can exchange local currency at the front desk. The exchange rate is much better than the booth at the airport. The mattress is a little too soft for my taste. The temperature in the room is set very low. Took us a while to adjust the temp to our liking. We walked around a bit early in the evening. Locals told us there are bazaars for shopping and good restaurants. We didn't see much. All restaurants won't open until 7:30 pm. We ended up back to the hotel.
"Very noisy hotel"
On the second night, there was a wedding by the pool area of the hotel. They played the music very loud and that can disturb all the rooms that are facing the pool. The party went past midnight and when I asked to speak to a manager why they’re doing this he says they’ll stop their music at the scheduled time which is after 12:30am. After flying for 19+ hours and with a jetlag, people would want to rest. People go to hotels to sleep and rest but this hotel doesn’t seem to have a concept of that and that’s why they did not have any regard to the comfort of their guests. Soooo unhappy about the situation.
