"Simple the BEST of the BEST!"
My husband and I had a great time in this place. We bought a voucher for 4 nights and because we had some misunderstood with our booking they ended up upgrading us for an Ocean View Pool Villa, which is stunning! It is a huge villa, really well decorated and with everything we could want for our anniversary. The weather was bad, raining season and we weren't lucky. But even though we enjoyed so much, relaxed a lot and had a great stay there. The food was amazing, the chef is awesome! We asked for dinner in our room and were not disappointed. The breakfast is good, with some really good options and Alex is just a fantastic person which made our breakfasts really enjoyable. Don't miss the 360 bar for some drinks, they have good prices for happy hour, and they were really nice, as well as the tapas. Overall, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. Staff were great and friendly and it is a really beatiful place. It's a bit far from everything else, that's true, but you don't need to go anywhere else! A special thanks to the manager which made us to feel really special.
"10 years of excellent service"
It was our second stay, the previous one was when the resort was just about to open their restaurants (hence we were dining downtown then). However, this time we didn't leave the resort at all. Partly because of heavy rain non-stop, partly cause to booked spa treatments and cooking classes. Both were excellent, the cooking class superb value. Go for it if you like Thai kitchen, and don't worry about your chopping skills. The class is more about getting the flavours right, and learning the best way of combining them. Recipes, certificate and apron are included in the price, as well as eating the prepared food ;) The staff were beyond our expectation. I think the staff are The Pavillions. I must say the weather was a problem for any outdoor activities and enjoying pool and sunbathing, but every person we met during our stay made sure it was memorable one. We will definitely come back.
"Excellent resort - definitely in my top 3 resort stays of all time"
We decided to stay at two different resorts during our Phuket vacation this year - it took me a while to decide on the second resort but the decision on The Pavilions was instant. I have read many amazing reviews on this property and I knew it would be a good choice; I was right. We stayed 2 nights in an ocean view pool villa. The minute we walked in I think we fell in love immediately with that space - the big living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom... It was like a dream come true. Not to mention the sea-view infinity pool and outdoor area. The villa itself was utterly perfect. I could just lay on the sun lounge, or the sofa in the living room, for a whole day. Which was what we did on one of the days as it was raining heavily outside, but it just really didn't matter - the place was that good. Spa treatments are all done in your own villa; our villa didn't have a spa room so they set up two spa beds inside the bathroom (yes, that's how big it was). There are two restaurants inside the resort - the Plantation Club and 360 Bar. We tried both and also ordered an in-villa barbecue dinner. Food was top notch. But I must admit, choices aren't vast and so if you stay longer you may need to consider venturing out for more options. Everybody at the resort was super helpful and service was exceptional. On our last night, there were like hundreds of fire flies inside our villa - they fly towards light especially when it's rainy. We phoned reception and they sent us people to help us clear them away. It was a funny incident but I was really grateful they helped. They also graciously entertained our request to look at their spa and pool penthouse (which includes a spa room). True, Phuket is ever-changing; each year many new resorts open and as a result the decision on where to stay gets harder. But as of now, The Pavilions is definitely one of my all-time favourites.
"Memorable romantic getaway "
Stay 1 night at this highly recommended resort for couples. Indeed things live up to expectations. Previous reviewers has written about the resort and experience. What I love about this place - isolated idyllic location. Good service. Great huge rooms. A private pool of decent size that allows swimming. Separate massage / spa room with sauna facilities. Bath tub for couple . Good quality food at the restaurants in the resort . We stay at the pavilion and spa pool by the way.
"Honeymoon in paradise "
The Pavilions Phuket would have to be the best resort in Thailand for couples seeking a romantic getaway. The food was spectacular and full of delicious flavours I've never experienced, the spa treatments were wonderful and the private pool was HUGE! If I could change anything about our stay at the Pavilions it would of been to stay longer. All the staff are so friendly and a genuineness to please their guests. Next time we visit Thailand we will definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
