Having stayed in few other hotels everytime we need to visit the city of origin of my family whereby the traffic jam gets worse by days and years, it is always comforting to be well-served by hotel staff, especially if the trip is not for a leisure but more of a burden (another issue of family). Nevertheless, just as its rival, should I say its counterpart, Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan where I usually stayed, Ritz Pacific Place has its significance as well, their People. That was the first we decided to try staying here. It was in Feb 2017 for a week and we had the idea that Ritz here is more for business people rather than family and I usually visit Jakarta for a family matter although there were some cases for business too. To our surprise that the hospitality they rendered to my family was superb. I am not saying they are perfect, especially there was a team in a particular shift in club level 21 that might deserve an improvement, but I would consider that for them to do a better job and enhancement of quality. The front office at Level 1 is ok, although Mega Kuningan Ritz is much spacious but I understand that this might not be important for business people, but my family was accepted in level 21 which is nicer. Our room was just deluxe although the staff kindly offered for suite but considering my schedule outside, we decided to stay at lower rate room since it will be a waste. The food in level 21 was quite different from their counterpart in term of variety but the taste was excellent for both. Just that the other Ritz provides accessibility to cold drinks&wines during cocktail hours whilst here is to put an order & that is absolutely fine although I always had the habit of not troubling people to serve you when you can do it yourself. When I go to Western countries, I know that those who serve are not lesser value that myself and they think so as well, it is nothing to do with how much I pay but what culture you have for appreciating the value of the people. However I do appreciate the staff willingness to serve and make the guests life comfortable and possibly unforgettable during their short stay and with that I would want to make mention the following excellent people who had given their best in their duties and I believe in rewards so I would suggest the hotel Management will take notice of this compliment that I make and assure a proper appreciation is given to each one, especially for those who have loyally work in Ritz Carlton Pacific Place. Good people are hard to come by and I know personally in my line of business, so once again to the Management of Pacific Place Ritz Carlton, although I&my family were just guests, we definitely love to see people who have made our stay enjoyable being recognized and appreciated. Please excuse my misspelling if there is any for the name of the people. Mr. Nurul: the first person who helped us with luggage (in other countries, usually we always bring our own luggage), so we appreciate the luxury of having someone helped us in Jakarta Ms. Juwita: who brought us to level 21 for checking in Ms. Theresia: who welcomed us in lounge and she was there from time to time during her shifts. She has an excellent attitude. Ms. Allya,Ms. Monica, Ms.Witantia, Ms. Ririe, Mr. Utha, Ms. Ayu (the chef who served us nice eggs): they are in Club Lounge and have registered their good service in our memories. Thank you! and a job well done! and on the last day, I appreciate the attentiveness and efficiency the staff did for checking-out process, so that the payment process took quite fast before we headed to airport & these are the staff: Ms. Monita, Ms. Michelle. I would particularly like to pick the name Ibu Witantia who took time to share her experience working in Ritz & whose spouse is currently working in Ritz Mega Kuningan. I told her of telling him that my family met his wife we ever stay there next time. What a couple of loyal staff in Ritz Carlton! As I mentioned earlier, there is a room for improvement for a team on 16 Mar morning, breakfast time. Please do not take it in negative way, I do appreciate the service but it could be better with politeness and attentiveness. Overall we are happy with the service. There are probably many other better hotels (I stays in 3 others in Sudirman area before), but we could certainly say that it is the people that make the difference. So keep up the good work! Here is a photo of some staff (unfortunately not all, but they are representation) who gave a nice gift to my family. It is not the gift but the attention given that made us feel good. Thank you for that.

rcpp ballroom was very nice for his services. all the waiters and supervisiornya cares for loyal guests, come first greeted with a smile. On my mind remembered me when last Saturday I attended my friend's wedding, the service was outstanding, I brought Grandma to attend but my grandmother is not strong stand came a maid and gave me my grandmother's chair and invited to sit down. I immediately grab allowance suntum tip of gratitude but the waiter refused politely. The waiter said "sorry kak instead I refused, but this has been my duty to give my best service. I remember my grandmother, so let me can love this attention to your grandmother". thanks for the banquet rcpp and the waitress was. #excellent service for banquet team RCPP..
Amazing hotel that greets you by name and lets you feel special always! They remember what you usually drink and makes sure before you ask for it, they will already offer you your choices. Rooms are huge and super spacious

The hotel live up to Ritz Carlton standart,excellence in pampering the guest and service.we were so impressed with your staff here,specially level 21.i call this smilling hotel!i never stopped smilling from the time i arrived until i left.lovely staff and spotless.i would like to give special mention to the staff at level 21 (gita,ririe,theresia,yuqqe,echy,dwi) for they're friendly service and for taking care every guest here.we definitely will come back because of your services.
"A great escape in the weekend"
I stayed at Ritz Carlton Residence with family in this weekend.. the room was so large,and also the living room, and they have this large and long balcony viewed Jakarta Semanggi Bridge.. so lovely at night also in the morning.. we love it so much. The pool is good for kids. And the spa was great and the gym also great. Very recommended!! A class experience getaway in Jakarta! ;))
