Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan Jakarta is a center of service excellence by anticipating the customers’ expressed and unexpressed needs! In three occasions they anticipated my need: 1. In men’s spa I was looking for shaving foam & Ritz has cream but not foam. Next day in my room I saw personalized note with the shaving foam. 2. I was using my laptop & I was using mouse on a book. Next day I saw note saying that “they noticed I was using mouse without mouse pad therefore they got one for me” 3. I was having casual talk in lobby with a staff (Oya- Royana) and asked her….since the restaurants opens at morning 6am ….. if there was a way to get a light breakfast and coffee at morning 5:00am as I will be checking out and leave for airport' she offered that breakfast will be ready in a takeout container at morning. Next day when I was leaving the hotel the staff was waiting for me with the breakfast on front of the cab. Property: its centrally located and the room/ bathroom I stayed was gorgeous. Spacious room and bathroom & food in the restaurants are of high quality and variety! Staff: extremely courteous , always smiling , ready to help and knew my name Thank You Ritz Carlton – keep up this good work coz this is ur differentiation!

Amazed by its decoration in room coz its sooo homey and it has a huge bathroom which i love, my room in 11th floor is city building view but it was nice though...i love also the pool because its blend the building view and nature view 😍😍😍

My second time to the Ritz in business trip and at this time especially they really raised all the bars!! A warm welcome from the entrance... room ready at 830am even though check in time only 2pm... when I ask if they could organise some more copies of my businesses cards... guess what... less than 8hrs after I get this beautiful box with a gold string and 120 copies on a beautiful paper... and the most warm card saying "we wish you all the luck on your business here and hopefully the cards will bring luck"! Completely unexpected but really that makes a difference between leaving home and going to a hotel where the staff look after you so well! Thank you all the Ritz staff especially my housekeeper Alvira and Nada and the concierge Stella and Devina - you are an amazing team!!!
"Home away from home"
Having spent more than 200 nights in this hotel, I can truly say that Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan is my home away from home. Surely, compared to other Ritz Carltons around the world, the rooms feel a little tired, the F&B options are limited and the location is not exactly ideal but what it lacks in frills is more than made up by the excellent service they provide. The team is very attentive to my needs and is often able to anticipate them in advance as well. Seldom was I disappointed and even when I was disappointed, service recovery was fast and effective.
"A great place - Like Home!"
My stay in this hotel last 3 days was indeed enjoyable and satisfying. Not only did the staff greet me by name, they were sincere and always smiley. Staff in the breakfast area chatted with me and gave me tips to buy batiks. The concierge offered complimentary shuttle to nearby shopping mall. Even the housekeeping staff whom I didn't meet went extra miles to brighten my days. I truly enjoy my stay with this hotel and I hope to return again! 8)
