The staff at the Ritz Carlton were fantastic, very professional, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble plus everyone had a smile on their face and several staff said it was a great place to work with a lot of pride. I truely reccomend this hotel to everyone. Hands down the best hotel we have ever been to. Great location, great breakfast and wonderful Staff. Special Thanks to Raymond, Zin, Indian lady at the spa lounge, the breakfast Staff. We will definately be back.
"Great Location and amazing service"
The Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur consistently offers great service. The staff are really helpful, especially the butlers Zul and Azim who goes the extra mile to attend to your every need and also Aunty Rani at the pool area who is always willing to help with a smile, Felt really special when one of the directors and managers served us at breakfast. Rooms have been renovated and are lovely and spacious. Great location as the Pavillion Mall is just a walk away. Definitely home away from home for us,
"Great Stay, improved service"
Since the renovation the past 8 months, I stayed the Ritz Carlton, KL three times. The first two times was fantastic - nicely renovated rooms, and significantly improved service (climbed to one of best in the Ritz Carlton/JW Marriott I had stayed in the past 2 years). However, this last trip last week, was a bit inconsistent - the Club Lounge was still fantastic (Thank you, Jennifer and Ton Ton (sorry if misspelt his name) for your care and attention), but the recent checking in the hotel probably needs a slight bit of improvement, especially from the front desk manager ( a bit snobbish and uncaring). Other than the surprize check-in, the rest was great .... a short note to thank Haslimah too, the butler on my floor, who was so courteous and always smiling. A real joy to meet her and her colleague at the corridor. I am a frequent patron of the Ritz Carlton and JW Marriott hotels in Asia, and I can say, the Ritz Carlton KL has vastly improved since the renovation - service, hotel amenities, layout. Thank you, you have my vote.
I recently stayed at the Ritz after a few years. This hotel has recently been renovated. The central location is always great with easy access to nearby shopping malls and restaurants. The service is excellent as usual. The breakfast and other meals wont disappoint with a large selection on offer. Would definately stay there again.
"WOW - wonderful experience."
5 star hotel. Loved everything about this hotel - family of 4 and we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was huge. Fantastic- Awesome - Great - WOW - as my family explained it to me. Definitely a 5 star hotel and well worth a stay when next in KL. We will return.
