"Excellent location, rooms, amenities and service"
Have stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Tokyo more than 10 times over the last few years on business and holiday. Really love this hotel. Excellent location at the top of the wonderful Midtown tower in Roppongi which is well connected to the Tokyo metro system (everything is close: Shibuya, Omotesando, Ginza, Marunouchi are all a few stops away). The hotel is on the top floor of midtown tower with wonderful views from the lobby and all rooms. Rooms are really spacious with huge bathrooms, super king size bed and seating area by the panoramic window. Everything is well thought out and well fitted. Nespresso and excellent tea in the room, great wifi and connections, flat screen TV. Quality materials. The gym is fantastic with a huge pool and fitness space with a view. The breakfast room is wonderful with amazing quality food. Perhaps one of the best breakfasts I've had. The bar and lobby have nightly jazz-style entertainment. Best of all is the service. The staff is very professional. Everything works well in this hotel. I've also stayed at the ritz in Kyoto and Osaka and I think the ritz Carlton group is doing something right in japan. Quality of management is excellent. Always look forward to going back to the Ritz Carlton Tokyo!
excellent staffs and services!! We felt like a guest of the city! We have a view to the Tokyo Tower which made us a fabulous night to stay in Tokyo as the last night of the entire trip. Cosy and chilled lobby with a band performance at our visit. Location is good for those by car or taxi.
"Best Luxury Hotel in Tokyo"
The Ritz Carlton Hotel in Tokyo is the place to stay if you are looking for a superb experience. The property is magnificent, the staff could not be more welcoming and helpful, the food delicious and the location fabulous. My favorite hotel in the world by far.
"Amazing staff , very clean"
Everything was perfect. The staff were amazingly amazing. Unfortunately, breakfast area were extremely small and not much of varieties to choose. If you wish to have your breakfast from 8 o'clock onwards, you must wait in the line for the table which could takes around half an hour.
"Paradise redifined aka the Ritz Carlton Tokyo"
Upon arrival to the Ritz Carlton Tokyo we were welcomed as if we were home. Check in was truly fun as we were whisked away to the 53rd floor and made comfortable in the Club Lounge. Before our drinks arrived Ikuko Director of rooms arrived to greet us (she’s amazing) then introduced us to Valter who took care of all our paperwork. Our room was large, spotless and had all the amenities one would want. The bathrooms a delight with dual sinks, soaking tub and my absolute favorite shower. The walk-in shower is large with both a hand sprayer and overhead rainforest fixtures. Beds, sheets, towels all luxury. The Ritz Carlton is located in the Roppongi area with a Metro station just a few steps away. The Tokyo Metro subway system is convenient and goes everywhere. Be sure to get a Pasmo or Suica prepaid card (reloadable) to make it easy to just jump on and off trains. The Midtown Galleria Mall is directly below the Ritz hotel with a great selection of stores and dining options. There’s even a high end grocery store called Precce in the mall. Roppongi is loaded with great attractions by day or night. Tokyo or Shinagawa stations are a short cab or Metro train ride away and very convenient to get to the Shinkansen (Bullet train) which is a must do. The Club Lounge the Concierge to us Marriott Elites is second to none. The service is truly amazing, the staff is extremely attentive and speak perfect English. We were having trouble getting wifi on our phones and Leo jumped in and got us online in seconds Kudos’ Leo! Amazing views of Mt Fuji and Tokyo. The Club Lounge has several rooms our favorite was the Library. Food options were tasty we were also able to have breakfast in Towers on the 45th floor. The buffet and full service menus featuring western and Japanese dishes was simply delicious. Be sure to try the Perfect Egg. The sunrise over Tokyo Tower was truly spectacular do yourself a favor and get there early for sunrise at least once. You really need to treat yourself to the Club Lounge level. The spa and fitness center staff was great and the equipment received high marks from my wife. The view from the treadmills was spectacular to say the least. The pool has to be seen to believe! The front desk staff was attentive and very helpful converting currency, making Limo bus reservations, looking up phone numbers. Same great service with the Concierge Team. The overall atmosphere and dedication demonstrated by the staff is something every hotel should take note of. Getting there is easy from Narita airport the Limousine bus will take you to the front door of the Ritz Carlton for 3100 Yen or the Narita Express train which is quicker but you have to deal with your luggage to Tokyo or Shinagawa station then take a cab or a metro subway. As with our visits prior Ikuko made it a point to come say goodbye and thank us. The only bad part is leaving this piece of Paradise.
