Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage. Comment of P. We stayed nights, with our 2 children, and had 2 adjoining rooms the rooms were lovely, super comfortable beds, good aircon, nice bathrooms the location was perfect, easy walk to lots of cafes, and to tourist attractions the rooftop bar is stunning, and really lifted our spirits after a 12 hour flight. A cold drink as the sun set over Vienna was just magical. The bar is busy, but hang around 10 minutes and they will find you a charming spot.
"Beautiful Weekend away In Vienna"
I booked this weekend away as it was near to Valentines day and friends had suggested we go there and visit this beautiful city and we wasn't disappointed, purposely booked the Ritz Carlton as it was centrally located to the main attractions which allowed us to walk across the city. The hotel was stunning with a warm friendly helpful staff to the superb rooms. as we had arrived early in the morning we was shown straight to our room which was a relief as we were very early, having spent the day touring the city we parked ourselves in the bar and the service was attentive and for a 5* reasonably priced. My wife booked a massage in the Spa for the Saturday so wen spent some time in the pool and steam rooms before we had dinner in the Hotel Restaurant which again was superb. The whole experience for us was very fluid from the transfer to the check in and check out very efficient. Vienna is a fab city to visit lots of places to see and Cafe's to visit especially Café Central the food is fantastic and shouldn't be missed but does get busy. would definitely recommend Vienna and specifically the Ritz-Carlton for a superb trip away
"Great hotel, great location, nice week end"
We spent 3 nights (thursday - sunday) for a couple getaway. The hotel is very nice, clean and modern. very well located : not to close to the noisy streets but a few minutes away (walking). We got a very nice duplex junior suite. Breakfast was good but not great. Staff very friendly. Only con was the hot chocolate and cakes we had in the lobby which were not that good (cold apple strudel and the hot chocolate which is a country specialty was not hot enough). All in all a very nice hotel in a very nice city! Oh also a great indoor swimming pool !
A quite superb 5* hotel for a weekend stay with a group of friends. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful throughout. The room was spacious and very comfortable with more than adequate storage. The air-con was easily adjustable. The well-appointed bathroom had an excellent shower. Even though the hotel is positioned on a main thoroughfare, there was very little traffic noise due to the insulation, but the windows could be opened if required. The hotel location was within ideal walking distance to see the many sights and attractions, and even though we were well wrapped up against the cold, the steam room and sauna at the hotel soon thawed us out on our return! There was a lovely swimming pool alongside the spa to relax. The varied breakfast menu catered for many tastes. We particularly liked the healthy option of poached egg on avocado on rye bread with a dash of chilli. We'd happily recommend you'd stay here!
Three magical nights in Vienna. Great location, easy walking distance to all attractions. Staff had to be the most friendly and helpful of all the hotels we've stayed at. Great selection for breakfast - especially the eggs benedict. Pool area good for a refresh from all the walking. Thoroughly recommend.
