"Great hotel and brilliant staff"
Stayed here for 2 nights before going to mainland China and 1 night on the return. Great location next to the Hong Kong - China ferry terminal and a short walk from Harbour City as well as other malls( literally under the hotel). Rooms are small ( as are a lot in Hong Kong) but the staff and facilities are excellent with nothing being too much trouble even while renovations were underway. Food options are great and the overall standard is very high. Would certainly stay here again on my way through Hong Kong.
"Second visit was even better, no issues with staff this time"
The second stay fully deserves the 5 star rating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room again was spotless, modern and spacious with a great view over the harbour. The breakfast options were amazing toon, I loved the fresh omelette and the dim sum options. Will defintely come back when I visit HK in the future.
This was our first visit to Hong Kong. We had seen the Royal Pacific & Towers on the Sino Group's website. Our friends also recommended this hotel as it is quite centrally located. The staff are very friendly and the concierge very knowledgeable and helpful. The ease of check-in/out was smooth. We were impressed by the choice and range of dishes that were available at breakfast at the Cafe on the Park. I always enjoy watching the chef prepare the requested egg dish, be it omelette or fried. We had a harbour view room which afforded good views of Hong Kong Island and Victoria Harbour. The room was spacious and comfortable. Getting around Hong Kong was easy. We recommend getting an Octopus Card which can be bought from any MTR Station and can be redeemed at the airport on departure. They take a deposit of HK$50 and you get this back when you redeem plus the balance. The Star Ferry took about 5 minutes to get over to the main island. Accessing ferries to Macau is also easy from the hotel. We went through the mall which is attached to the hotel. What made our trip more memorable was the birthday cake waiting for me in the room on our last day. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay here again.
This hotel locality is really good. It is right on top of the Macau ferry terminal and near to major shopping Malls in Tsim Sha Tsui which very convenient. Nearest MTR station is quite a distance away but for faster way of getting to Hong Kong Island its by using the star ferry which is just about 8 mins across the Harbour. The room is quite a good size comparable to other hotels in HKG. Try to get a corner facing room. It will have a longer hallway and keep the room separated or away from the door. Good privacy.Rooms are well maintained for this hotel standard with daily Housekeeping. It provides two bottle of water and complimentary coffee and tea. Toilet comes with bath and free complimentary toiletries provided. The service provided is quite good. Check in although took a while due to the timing of checking out. Housekeeping also came quick when we request for extra pillow.
"Tale of two towers"
My trip was to Zhongshan China so I stayed here upon arrival on 3/19/17 and then again in preparation for the flight home to USA on 3/30/17. First night they upgraded me to a corner suite which was a very nice room with lots of space, huge bathroom and great view of harbor. On the return leg, I was in the other tower which are considerably smaller rooms with little space to move around so it was definitely a little on the claustrophobic side of life. View was of city so not as pretty as first night. Was a little noisier than I would have preferred as I heard many ambulances during the night of 3/30. Rates a little pricey for what you get. 1595 HKD for 3/19 and 1210 HKD for 3/30 which is in the 155-205 USD range.
