"Oasis of peace in the center of bustling Miami Beach, FL"
The Setai is a very upscale 5 Star Resort/Spa in a fantastic area of Miami Beach. It's no surprise lots of celebrities stay at this property all the time. Appearances from the front are deceiving. It's on a busy street (Collins Ave), but it's literally on the beach. Once you walk in, you're welcomed by wonderful staff, a cool signature tea, and elegance all the way. It's worth the money, and best of all no Resort Fees. The rooms are large. If you can splurge for an Ocean View, go for it, but given the location, even a City View is great, and honestly, you won't be in your room for long. The turquoise ocean will call to you, and if all you want to do is relax, they've got a beautiful Asian inspired spa retreat. This is a great getaway for a couple , or even a trip with just the girls. You won't be disappointed!
"The Best In South Beach!"
A really cool first class experience. Just a shame the weather was poor when we stayed . To wet and windy for the beach, however the three elegant deco style pools of varying temperatures were a delight. This is a beautiful Art Deco style Hotel which offers an exotic eastern atmosphere. .
"Trendy and personalized service"
Only spent one quick night at The Setai in a handicapped accessible room on the 5th floor at the end of the hallway. Room was extra spacious with a partial ocean view and partial building parking lot. The checkin process was quick and efficient, the room service was fast and of high quality. This hotel is in a great location for walking along the beach or shopping Lincoln Rd area. Outside bar/lounge is sexy with lots of sexy people hanging out enjoying the scene. 5 star service in a small hotel in a good location, sadly it was raining and I didnt get to check out the pool area or the beach.
"Great place to eat lunch on boardwalk with view of ocean!"
The Pool and Beach by the boardwalk. We had lunch here twice since it was so good! When we sat down, they brought us cool, damp cloth napkins to use on our face and neck. They give you a basket of homemade potato chips and bread gratis. The first time I had a mojito and wife had the coconut melon drink in a coconut. She loved it! A bottle of sparkling water, too. I had a Caesar salad with salmon; she had the lobster salad. All for $116 plus tax and tip. We went the 2nd time a couple days later and we started with a sparkling water and ice tea. We both had the Caesar salad with salmon. We finished off with a scoop of ice cream each. Passion fruit and ' All was very good. $84 plus tax and tip. And the view and ambiance of the place is great.
